I wish I could rate zero, unfortunately I have to give them at least something. More that can be said about my order though. Placed a mobile order and pulled up to he restaurant to find literally NO ONE was at the restaurant despite it being "open" hours for the store. Oh and then after I drove off my order got marked as complete. Great service guys. Giant waste of time and waste of my money. Don't go here, go eat at the Full Moon next door. They'll actually give you the food you pay for.
I've asked my kids did they know why Arby's is given so much heat because I told them everytime I've ate there it was good. Until the last time! That sandwich was so greasy the bun turned to dough. It was horrible! I considered going by today to see about the 5 roast beef sandwich deal to get through the day because I don't plan to go back out but I went somewhere else to eat. I'm disabled and I take meds for nausea and I couldn't get over the look, touch, and taste of that sandwich. It was very disappointing!

This was a great experience. Walked in and was immediately greeted. The staff was patient and helpful. Clean restroom. Correct order, asked if we wanted sauce, and did it all with a smile on their face. I even saw the older gentleman in the parking lot picking up trash. Very commendable.
