They hire the RUDEST people. The service is consistently terrible.
Worst customer service ever. I order a cinnamon sugar pretzel, pizza pretzel and three icee's. The cashier gave me an original pretzel. When I questioned it she said 'oh, well, we ran out'. Okay, well...thanks for telling me when I ordered. I asked for a refund. I asked 'does this come with a dipping sauce' (the pizza pretzel)? Her response was 'no'. My husband in the background was saying that the sign said it does. No response. Finally the manager finalized my transaction...read full review

Auntie Anne's offers a 10/10 sweet experience with kind workers and a chance to see how pretzels are made. The sweet almond pretzels are a hit, especially with caramel sauce or sweet glaze. Despite being extremely busy, the staff, including General Manager Jessica, were doing a wonderful job. Some customers were surprised to find out that the glaze for the mini cinnamon pretzels had to be purchased separately.
