The food was good well seasoned ? great customer service I wish I got the lady name to give her a shout out food was ready in a timely manner the seats had a spot to charge your phone definitely got brownie points for that considering my kids & I were traveling wanting to grab something to eat but my phone was going dead it was so convenient I could sit down an eat with my kids an charge my phone ?

I ordered a shrimp and snow crab boil from the centerpoint location! IT WAS GREAT! I’ve asked for garlic butter from other places in the past, and it still managed to taste like everything but. However B & W got it right.

Loved Philly Steak sandwich, Ultimate Fries were enough for 2 people with sandwich, and peach lemonade which was AMAZING AND made with real fruit!!!
The hours have changed Thursday-Sunday they are open to midnight. Just found out. Everyone who works here is so kind and polite. DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Everyone was soo helpful. The strawberry lemonade was good!
I ordered a shrimp Philly combo with the gourmet fries and an order of buffalo wings. The Philly was BOMB 100/10 I do recommend. Now the fries needed to be cooked longer, and the bacon on the fries was undone. The wings were half coated with sauce, only coated on the top and nothing on the bottom. Service was A1 though.

I ordered through DoorDash. The food arrived piping hot, the seafood broil was on point. It was the best I’ve ever had in Birmingham. The crab was tender, buttery and sweet tasting. I will be ordering from here weekly if they keep up the quality of food.

Always pleasant & food is always delicious when I order from B&W.
Parking: Parking for B&W is horrible. You are lucky if you can find a space in front of the building. If no parking is available, customers park in the middle of the lane or park in Arby's lot across the street to go to the various restaurants on that strip. So, parking is definitely not good .
