They came to my job last week so i decided to check it out. I had the BBQ Bandit burger with fries and the peachy queen crumble. That burger and fries was amazing, i didn't try the peach crumble until the next day so it was good but probablynot as good as it would'vebeen fresh. The crumble topping is thick and yimmy and the peaches tast fresh. It was a good size burger made fresh and the fries were hot with the perfect amount of sea salt. I'm so glad I didn't have lunch and had the pleasure of enjoying that delicious burger for 2 days. Definitely recommend and I will be hunting them down to take my husband hopefully this week. The lady who took my order and gave me my food was friendly, all around great experience. If you're looking for a fast burger go somewhere else because they make your order fresh and it takes a bit of time.

They are a small business food truck that demonstrates nothing but exemplary customer service. My husband went by while they were in Helena for their to die for peach crumble. They were out of the dessert but they offered to make half a pan for us and said they will have it ready the next day at their next location at Shelby Baptist. I went by to pick it up and not only did they have it ready but they brought it out to me at my car. They are such nice people and I’m very happy at the customer service they display. Let’s support Battle Axe and I urge you to make it a point to go by and try all of their scrumptious food. Thank you Battle Axe.

Disclaimer I did not order that huge sandwich you see below I got the nice single patty you see right there and that's what we are going to talk about first. I just ordered a simple bacon cheese burger and when I tell you the first bite I could tell that these people cared about their product. The meat was so fresh no signs of being processed with fillers or anything. This thing was hot and well seasoned and everything just came together from the thick cut bacon to the melty American cheese!Go follow Battle Axe's Feast to see for yourself because they come in at a 9.5/10 from me!Now I'll explain that monstrosity at the bottom. I did not order this but 5 firemen in front of me did. This thing comes in at $30 and yes those are grilled cheeses as the buns. Maybe next time if I have someone willing to tackle this with me we can split this in half and try it. But are you man enough to finish this in one sitting? Go find out because I'm not lol!

Wish I knew what their food was like. We've emailed and scheduled them to come to the area I work in TWICE and even after them telling us a date.. they never showed up and booked themselves to apparently be in another part of town and ignored all the messages sent. Apparently customer service is not not their thing.

Had some of their food at the Old Town Live Concert in Helena. Food was five stars. My wife had the ax burger, and I had the loaded fries with beef, both of which were delicious. The concert was pretty crowded, so our food took about 25 minutes, but they gave us the heads up prior to ordering, and the food came out right when they said it would. Overall great experience and large portions. Give them a shot.

Went to this food truck yesterday at the Cahaba brewing food truck event for the second time now and once again it never disappoints ! I got a burger which was made fresh to order as well as the famous peach cobbler desert they have since the fruit is in season. The service was great as they helped navigate through the menu both times and answered any questions that weren't clear on the menu. Overall this has become a new food truck favorite!!

Tried Battle Axe's Feast for the 1st time today. I've followed their social media for a minute & have been drooling over their amazing looking burgers. They were at the 1st annual Taste of Birmingham at Avondale Brewing Co today so my wife & I gave them a try. We ordered the Vegan Undercover Burger. My wife doesn't eat as much meat as I do so it was nice to see a vegan option...& as an absolute carnivore myself, it was nice to me to share such a DELICIOUS vegan burger! I'm not kidding...other than the texture being a little more soft than your typical burger patty, I wouldn't have known it was vegan if somebody gave it to me & just said, "here, try this burger." I would have just said WOW, that's delicious. The burger features vegan cheese, wild mushrooms, caramelized onions & steak sauce. I would happily eat this again!They were featuring their small Peachy Queen Crumble today for $3 so I had to try that. I'm not a big fan of sweets, but that was a tasty crumble. Definitely recommend.Service was very friendly & they took our phone number down so they could text us when our order was ready. Really convenient. We were able to hang out in Avondale Brewing Co until our order was ready. See you again soon, Battle Axe!

My Hubby and I LOVE it when Battle Axe comes to Rails & Ales in Leeds. The Chicken Fluster Cluck is my favorite quesadilla! Oh my goodness. The loaded fries were to die for also!!! Can’t wait for them to return because I’m craving one of the burgers!!!! ??
