Had the fried shrimp it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. So good! Also had the chicken and sausage gumbo since they were out of potato salad, it was delicious as well. And the cole slaw is mayo based as it should be

Payed $13 for 6 pieces of shrimp and a small cup of zucchini and squash. Taste was good, but I don’t feel I got my money’s worth.
I was greeted with some nice southern hospitality and ordered one of the $13 baskets (average food truck price). Shrimp were cooked perfectly and well seasoned, fries were very fresh, good sauce and the mini coleslaw was perfect to balance the meal!

Thanks for coming to KP the other day! My husband said it was the best shrimp he’s had since we moved here last year. The food was awesome and everyone - even my pickiest eaters - raved about it! The shrimp po boy was delicious and we are enjoying our leftovers for lunch today (red beans and rice and fries) as side dishes. Hope we see y’all again soon!

Enjoyed this food truck at a soccer festival tonight and WOWZA. This food was delicious. The wait wasn't long either so that was nice. Between us we had the gumbo, fried shrimp, and chicken tenders with fries and everyone was happy. We were fighting over the deliciously seasoned fries and even my five year old was so happy she ran back to the truck to tell them they "had the best food"!

This food definitely hit the spot today! We have food trucks near my place of employment most days of the week. I was emailed the schedule today and Bayou Bros. was the food truck of the day. I've heard of them, but I hadn't tried them. Today, I decided to give them a go. Their menu is comprised of southern classics like Gumbo, Jambalaya, and Red Beans and Rice. I even saw a Bayou Burger that I will have to try at some point. Today, however, I decided on the Crawfish Bisque with Sweet Potato Fries as a side. The gentleman who helped me was nice as I placed my order and made small talk. It took about 5-10 minutes to get my food, which was hot and fresh when it was handed to me. I hurried back to my desk to dig in because it smelled delicious. The food was very good! I love that they were not stingy with the crawfish at all! Each spoonful had some crawfish in it. The food was flavorful and cooked well. I am definitely interested in trying out other things on their menu soon!
