I'm giving a 3 because everything I ordered they didn't have. The fellow kept coming back to the window telling us they didn't have this and that and the items were be thawed out. I ended up getting something I really didn't want and my husband did to, so we just paid and went on. Everything was actually delicious except the Mac I didn't like it, but the meat was smoked and seasoned very well. The sodas were separate and didn't come with the meal, and the fish was very delicious as well. Other than running out of food and other items being frozen it was ok.

I ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS AND YALL HAVE THE NERVES TO ADD $8.50 FOR DELIVERY THIS IS WHY YOU CANT SUPPORT BLACK PEOPLE. Yes the food is Amazing! Came from Detroit & Huntsville for my nephew football game !! I’m happy they advertised this establishment. The potato salad so darn good the sauce the ribs the burger yams . We enjoyed the food . Thank you will be back!

The lady who was working the front of the house was rude. I had ordered one plate, then got to the window and added another. She gave me attitude and told me that I couldn't do that and that I needed to drive around. I pointed out that I was the only one in the drive thru. Then she said, what is your other order. Once I got home my son started eating the chicken, he's 8 BTW, said mom this doesn't taste right and instantly got sick. I had the most over cooked and smallest pork chop for $17 which was not worth it. I then took it back for a refund.
Response to owners Response: There was no one in the inside or the drive thru when I tried to add to my order. I was trying to get the cashiers attention for a while but was then ignored and that's when the gentleman came to the window and sent the lady over to take my order. I understand the order process but it doesn't call for anyone being rude. As far as replacing the order, my son wanted chicken, I wouldn't want to replace spoiled chicken for more spoiled chicken. The 1 pork chop was VERY small and over cooked. But I didn't request a refund for that because my dog ate the pork chop. I only wanted a refund for the spoiled chicken.

Had a Hamburger combo today, with BBQ Sam’s signature sauce on it, Burger was huge and full of flavor… French fries were seasoned to perfection.
I really try to patronize black owned businesses but BBQSams across from Princeton Hospital get a bad review from me.
Yesterday I stopped got a bbq chicken quarter came home it tasted old. Called to report this, was told to come back and they will take care of it.
Went back today before going to volunteer, got 5 wings on them, they were good. I decided to go back after volunteering.
Called to place my order to be picked up. One person answered the phone, put me on hold.
After 12 minutes holding another person came on, put me on hold again.
After 15 minutes I was in the parking lot. Still no order placed or taken.
Got inside the restaurant, very polite but mad about being on hold so long.
Hot ten piece smoked bbq chicken drumettes and flats. I was charged $21.99. Granted i only got chicken no sides. This was not the price on the memu. 🤷🏽♀️
All i was told sorry we were busy. I did have somewhere to be at 5:30. I left at 5:36.
Then when i got home, the chicken again tasted old.
I will not be returning to BBQ Sams, my experience was not good. Unhappy customer. There is no excuse for poor service. #bbqsams
