Wonderful pizza with a great chewy crust. Highly recommend the burrata for an appetizer. The pasta is great too. Seems they use fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is nice, would recommend a reservation.

I love Bettola. The atmosphere is nice, but fun. The pizza is delicious, the flatbread and burrata is a must, the pasta is incredible. My favorite is the prosciutto e mascarpone pizza, omg!

What an amazing experience. Flat bread was absolutely phenomenal. The pizza was just like how I’ve had in Italy with authentic ingredients. Tiramisu was good as well! Absolutely love this place. Server was extremely busy so I get it if there are some complaints of slow service, but we had a great time here.

Excellent Lunch today at Bettolla. Parker was an awesome server! I ordered the chicken pesto pizza and my cousin ordered the Quattro formaggio (additional sausage)— the pasta was D E L I C I O U SSome of the best pasta I have had in a while. I will definitely be re-visiting! The weather was so nice, we opted to sit outside on the cute patio. However, taking in the interior it is hip, modern, urban and romantic.

We love this restaurant. The pizza tast amazing, the lasagna can I also highly recommended. everything was very tasty. Friendly staff. Unfortunately it is very loud, which affects the ambience somewhat. We will definitely come back.

One of our all time faves! Love the pizzas but the #1 item for us is the budino. Yum! So good.
Excellent food and excellent service. Decided to split the pizza and we finished everything. Everything tasted homemade and fresh. Will be back when we come back to Birmingham.

First, food: water was the best part of the meal. I ordered the margarita pizza and it was soggy and soupy. It had more water on it than the Smith Lake. Also ordered the calamari, unsure why it was in red sauce. Had a high dose of salt on the toast that came with it.Second, service: I had to ask one of the servers walking by if anyone was going to wait on us. Very impersonal.Third, atmosphere: My husband said it was ok. I however, couldn’t hear the waiter (if he said anything at all) because of how loud it was. No music.All in all, unsatisfied with our experience.

I walk pass this place at-least three times a week, I've even been inside to purchase a gift card for someone else! However, my first time dining was on a crowded Wednesday during lunch time. The inside is smaller than I expected but cute and quaint. I met two friends at Betolla and we all ordered the Quattro formaggi which I really enjoyed. I added steak for my protein. One of my friends sent their meal back because the portion was small. My friends stated that the pastas flavor was strong, likely due to the Gorgonzola. I agree about their flavor remark; however, my palate is pretty familiar with Gorgonzola so I was in heaven. I was sad that they didn't have cocktails during the day but maybe that was a sign I didn't need it. Overall I would return to try some of their dinner options, especially the pizzas which looked incredible.
