I was very impressed. A delicious scoop of ice cream and reasonably priced. Slight wait, but it was hot and after a heavy rainstorm so totally understandable. Will return on my next Birmingham visit.

I was circling back to the Coconut Lime & Sea Salt flavor, topped with olive oil. Total bummer that it’s no longer available. I was completely hooked.
You can expect only two vegan flavors in rotation, that change periodically, with 1 being a sorbet. I prefer cream based ice cream. Today I tried their (V) Berry Crisp & Blueberry Cheesecake.
The ice cream is delicious, and possibly worth trying again. The prices however, are a bit extreme.
You have not.....had ice cream until you have had Big Spoon...I won't eat ice cream from any other company, not even the grocery store. Seriously.

I honestly think they screen Birmingham for the nicest people ever and hire them to work here. Also, I'm spoiled for anyone else's ice cream. Seriously, there's no comparison. The seasonal menu changes are always bittersweet (oh no I can't order that anymore?/oh wow! They have that?!), but there's always always something amazing here.
Vegetarian options: The sorbets tend to be vegetarian and taste amazing.
Kid-friendliness: They have their own libraries specially for little ones

I'm kind of disappointed in the new milkshake sizes. Really bumbs me out that the price use to be great for the value and size milkshake you got. But not the milkshakes are about 2/3 the size. But pri e stated the same.
