The food is amazing! And everyone is super friendly and professional. I would recommend calling your order well in advanced tho. The wait time for to gos for me has been 45 mins to an hour each time, but that’s fine I planned for it. To me that just says they are very busy, which is a great thing! Prices are very fair and portion sizes are perfect!
Blue Pacific might be my favorite restaurant in Hoover. I haven’t had any rice or noodle dish I didn’t like. Spicy Basil Chicken and Panang Chicken are our favorites. Fried Rice is great, too.
A hole in the wall. No inside seats as pictured and only three outside tables. Most people picked up food. Food was ok, but not noteworthy. Drink selection very limited. All service was in a disposable containers with a plastic fork. Doubtful that I'll return.
Vegetarian options: All of the dishes can be served without meat and with additional veggies.
Parking: Limited parking with no marked h'capped spaces.
