Blue Sushi Sake Grill

We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were seated immediately. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. The food was excellent quality, fresh, and oh so tasty! The only disappointment was that they were out of edamame. Oh well, just a good excuse to go back again!

Delicious as always, but the menu offerings were a bit hampered by out-of-stocks (hey, it was a Monday so we get it)

When we got there we were seated quickly. The staff was friendly. There may have been 10 people in the restaurant. We ordered our food and it took forever for us to get it. We started to notice that the people who came in long after us. Had ordered and received their food. But we eventually got ours. The food was good. The restaurant was clean. It was a little too dim for me. They let us bring in a birthday cake and cut for us. The food was good

Our server August was fantastic. She gave us tons of information and advice to make sure we had the best experience possible.

Blue sushi has the best happy hour that includes drinks, starters, and sushi rolls! I highly recommend going during happy hour.

The ceviche is fantastic. Black tuna is like nothing you have ever had. The Beach roll and Godzilla are both delicious and complex.

Good is great as always but took an hour to get our food then another 30 mins to get our dessert. We spent two hours there. The manager was nice and made it right just a long time.

Happy hour pricing which made a good value. Server was not seemingly excited to be at work.

Food was delicious and our serving was amazing. There is a lot on the menu and she was very informative and provided some great suggestions!!

We have eaten there 40+ times. Sushi is not as fresh as when they first opened and the slices are thinner. Also, the music volume and beat are loud enough to vibrate the plates. Sadly, the music inhibits conversation -- this is dinner not a concert or dance club. We will switch to Nori and to Osaka.

The sushi was really good and I haven't had good ceviche in a while. Being from Cali this is the restaurant that actually offered ceviche that is to my liking!

Order the lettuce wraps as an appetizer the chicken was really dry. The miso soup was good. The rojo roll and the Yellowtail Serrano was great! I will revisit!

The issue was the kitchen not our server .My date received her entre and was finished before mine was served and i ordered the tuna tower and the entire diner lasted 2 hours

We had a nice time as always. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. We'll be back again of course!
