I ordered for the first time, but by DoorDash tonight. Everything was super yummy. The miso soup was very good!

Wonderful experience! The food was amazing! Our waiter, Cade, was so wonderful and made our experience even better! Some truly unique and amazing flavor combinations! A must try restaurant!

We arrived to find several empty tables, though I understand the restaurant may limit seating so servers don’t get overwhelmed. Luckily, two bar seats opened up and we were able to sit.

I’ve been here a few times before and never had a bad experience, but this visit was disappointing. The bartender would not clear plates unless we asked, and she frequently checked on other guests without checking on us. Our drinks took a very long time, and the food did not arrive as ordered.

When customers left, the bar area was left in disarray, which gave a poor impression. On top of that, the bartender seemed more focused on holding a personal conversation with someone who appeared to be there to see her rather than attending to guests.

Overall, the service fell short compared to my previous visits. I think the restaurant could benefit from adding an extra bartender during busy times and ensuring all guests receive consistent attention. I understand it’s a holiday and that it was unexpected, but there should be backups and additional assistance in place for times like this.

I am so happy we chose this restaurant for lunch! Everything was DELISH!! The Godzilla is a must try😋 I was surprised our server had recently started only 5 days ago! Gunner recommended the BEST options and took great care of us!! We will be back soon!

I have been dining here since this place opened in January or February of 2023, and at first I LOVED IT the managers at the time Matt & Taylor were always present, attentive to their staff, as well as the guests. You could always find them in the dining room area speaking with tables and checking on them, as well as helping run food and drink. Unfortunately, I believe around December of Last year there was a change in management. Now, I can only tell you the names of the managers that are now in charge, which are Ryan and Alex. I can’t even describe how they look, because they’re hardly present in the restaurant. Also, I have asked to speak with one of them on numerous occasions to which I get “they’re not available, they’re busy, or they’re in a meeting.” I believe this to be unacceptable and it translates as to why the food and service quality has gone down immensely. I say all this to say, as someone that was once a regular, I no longer find it worth my while to have business meetings, lunches, dinners, or meet ups with friends there. I hope that you all figure out a much better set of individuals to run the place, because they clearly aren’t passionate about their jobs.

Food is great but disappointing that you can only get what you pay for when you dine in. I’ve ordered takeout three times now in the last two weeks - and each time, main pieces are missing. Sauce from lettuce wraps, customizations not honored on meal… it’s expensive to consistently get wrong food. Unfortunately, as a big take-out person, I’ll have to take this restaurant off my list.

Me and my bf did a date night here and it was perfect! Our server (I feel bad - I can't remember her name but she had a really cool mushroom tattoo on her arm) was amazing! The food was really good and it came out quick! Love this place!

2nd day in a row experiencing! The ambiance. The service. The food. All PERFECT! August my waitress is the BOMB!!! She’s very knowledgeable of the menu and gives great suggestions- leaving no room for questions, unless you’re like me lol. Go check her and Blue Sushi Sake Grill out! Not to mention HH everyday from open to 6 and ALL Day Sunday!

We were seated and served immediately! The sushi is SO good. We received EXCELLENT customer service from August. August knew everything about the menu and was able to recommend the best drinks and sushi. She made the experience personalized to our taste. Her welcoming demeanor lit up the room! We definitely will be returning and requesting August as our server!

Food was so-so. The salad was a little pitiful. Rolls were small. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive when it was not that crowded.

I went to Blue Sushi for the first time yesterday and my server Cade made it a phenomenal experience. He was able to give me recommendations that I ended up loving and was extremely helpful and attentive. 10/10 recommend the food, but ask for Cade as your server to really enhance your experience!

We had an amazing experience at Blue Sushi! Visited during happy hour and couldn’t believe how incredible the prices were on sushi rolls—they were delicious and came out super fast. Our server, Piero, provided excellent service and made sure everything was perfect. The environment inside is surprisingly clean, modern, and high-end, even if the exterior doesn’t fully reflect that. We were seated immediately and enjoyed a quick, enjoyable meal. Highly recommend!
