Since its opening, I’ve been to this spot a few times now and it never disappoints.The laundry list of sushi items to choose from allows you to always try something different, while the sake and cocktail list are very much on point. It’s always a good sign when there’s only one hot sake option to choose from. Good for them.The sushi is outstanding and it’s clear they take pride in what they make.The feel of the place kinda reminds you of a nice downtown Chicago style restaurant spliced with a semi-Asian theme. It’s quite unique.And definitely no issue with the service. I’ve sat at the bar each time, and the bartenders have been on point in every way possible.Will definitely be returning.
Great food, great drinks and great atmosphere! Our server, Destiny, was amazing. She checked in frequently but not to the point of being intrusive. She was friendly, approachable and helpful. We'll definitely visit again when we're in the area!

Went to Blue Sushi on Friday night. Had reservations for 8. We were seated shortly after arriving. My wife tried the calamari (A+), Mango Wontons (A-) and the crab soup (C). But the star of the night was definitely the sushi. I had the crunchy LA roll (A+) and the Hot Popper. The sushi takes a while to come out but it’s definitely worth it. The Hot Popper roll is the best roll I’ve ever had in my life. I plan on returning again within the next day or two.
