I enjoyed the service and atmosphere more than the food. It’s a bit too nouvelle cuisine for my palate. Overall, dinner was enjoyable ; I’ll definitely be back.

Sadly but deservedly, usually crowded.Cocktails are topnotch, good wine list with fair but not generous pours. Terrific choices in starters and entrees...almost too many.Salmon carpaccio, fried chicken livers (yes, I said it...yum!), fried oysters rockefeller...all terrific. Wanted deviled eggs with caviar but had to draw the line. Grilled scallops and blackened redfish = A+.Several 'game' dishes' (elk, quail) are on the menu as well. Consistently good food, servers were on point and the evening was most pleasant.

My favorite restaurant in Alabama, the swamp and surf meal is a must have everytime I go here although all their entrees are delicious. The food is cooked to perfection and the service is amazing. The appetizers are also so tasty!

Great service. Beautiful decor. Easy parking. Our waitress was not as attentive as I’m accustomed to, but she was friendly. The food was great!! They obliged my special request for playing a dish (I hate my food touching) I look forward to going back for more food and drinks.

Blueprint has a fun and lively vibe but not too busy. Very good craft food and unique menu featuring many tasty varieties for all palates. Would recommend for a nice enjoyable dinner or some drinks at the bar.

Outstanding culinary experience! The atmosphere and service were fantastic, and the food was extremely flavorful & prepared with a very unique flair. We had the scallops, fried catfish, trout and shrimp & grits. Highly recommended! Enjoy!

The unofficial motto for the restaurant is high class food without the fanfare. No white tablecloths but no one told that to the catfish or shrimp. The food is as well cooked as it is seasoned. Many sauces were obviously made in house and I’ve never had alligator so tender. The highlight was the catfish which sang like an Alaskan Salmon, but nothing, even down to the garnishes was flawed or belittled. This restaurant needs more recognition.

One of the worst restaurants I have ever ate at. The oysters rockefeller was was filled with nothing but shell from the oyster, I had to spit every single one out. I'm pretty sure I cracked a tooth open. I was the. served the Atlantic flounder with lemon butter and crabmeat. The flounder was so salty I I had to drink 2 glasses of water just to get the taste out of my mouth. Not to mention all the crab shells that I had to pick out. The only thing I was able to eat was the grits that weren't covered In flounder or crab shells. I ended up spending 90 dollars just to eat an extremely small portion of grits. You should be ashamed serving food like this. I hope you close down.

Matt was our server and he made some excellent recommendations. Be forewarned: the deviled eggs is just one egg. The salmon appetizer was sooooo good. And so was the seafood pasta. The ooey gooey butter cake was neither ooey, gooey, nor buttery.
