The employees act like they didnt want to be there. They didnt have any chicken ready to serve the guess. You order and said it will be thirty minutes before the chicken will be ready and they will bring it to you.. very bad service. I used to love e bojangles.

Waited 20 mins in the drive through at breakfast and finally got my order and the chicken was chewy like it had been up for a while and they left stuff off my order.

Usually have a good experience but Today i had to wait 20+ mins to even place my order in the drive thru. To still have to wait an ungodly amount of time for it to be prepared. Whatever's going needs to be changed.

Love there chicken it's not to spicy but spices are just right not to hot and they serve red beans and rice I had excellent service and it's very clean I give Bojangles 5 stars

I give a 5 star rating for the fact that ordinarily the service is as impeccable as the food. However, I recently visited my local BoJangles and have never been so disappointed. 3 crew members staggered out of the restaurant each carrying their own bag of food. They all made their way to the same vehicle, where the driver proceeded to play some offensive music at high volume. He lit a cigarette and took off his uniform. While the female that originally took my order walked out and headed to the same vehicle she gave an obnoxious look. As the third gentlemen wandered out with his hands full of food, the first guy walks back in front of my car thumps his half smoked cigarette out and gave my wife and I a very threatening glare. A look that suggested he had enough of his shift and the people ordering from BoJangles. There was a line of cars behind the car at the window that stretched around the building nearly to the entrance. Undoubtedly the crew that left was needed to maintain the quality of service that was the norm at this restaurant. However their personal lives must have been more pressing than their responsibility to their company or fellow workers.after waiting for ten minutes. I pulled away from the waiting area and parked. The crew had gone but the crowd of customers was still there. I went into the store and recognized the two girls remaining in the store. They were the quality employees that keep this place alive. I was greeted with a smile and a prompt response to my issue. In my opinion they should fire the 3 thugs that left and find some people that want a job and not just a paycheck. Having been in the food industry for a number of years I realize the turnover that is the work force.

I seldom frequent fast food facilities, but a couple of days ago I had a craving for fried chicken. I had never been to Bojangles before, but it was close by, so I went through the drive through and placed an order. I was pleasantly surprised by the male voice that greeted me through the speaker. He was downright perky, which is almost unheard of in fast food. And, the fried chicken was excellent - crispy on the outside, but not too greasy, and tender and juicy on the inside. Today, I went back again for a chicken biscuit and went inside this time. I was met at the counter by the same pleasant gentleman who had taken my order a few days earlier. I ate at the inside dining area today. I had never been inside before and was favorably impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. As far as fast food goes, this was by far my best experience.
The only thing I liked about Bojangle's is the breakfast plate and steak biscuit. I would never eat there for dinner or lunch unless I absolutely had to. The service was good,though.

Biscuits are the best. Chicken is Okay. Sides were okay. Breakfast options seemed good. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Restaurant was clean. Will try again!

What people never tell you is, to get the cinnamon biscuits, so here i am telling you to get them and enjoy them along with anything else on the menu, Bojangles rocks.!
