The two women who were working today, the very pretty young lady at the window and the one behind her, did better than anyone has ever done at this location. They were kind, quick, and correct. They are amazing and they need to hire more young women as good as them. I got this food at around 10:30 on March 10, 2025. Give them a raise Bojangles!

Sounds like this Trussville location is as bad as the one that closed in Hoover. We pulled in one time and they said they were OUT OF CHICKEN. We tried 3 times to go to the Hoover location and all 3 times we had to leave. Trussville sounds like they are following in the footsteps of Hoover and I'm sure they will be closed too

The customer service is horrible, i was told to pull down to wait for my order. After 30 minutes I go inside and tell the manager I’m still waiting for my food and I show her my receipt. She says I don’t know why you were waiting we have your order. How unprofessional. That’s not how you run a business.

My First time eating at BOJANGLES, let's start with the biscuit, It reminded of Big Mama's homemade biscuits on Sunday morning, everything else was great , I'll be back
I like Bojangles. Their chicken sandwich is solid, the fried chicken is good, and I like most of the sides. The coleslaw is my favorite. At this location, they were going to charge me for water, even though I brought my own cup. Now, I can see charging for water if they provide the cup, as it costs them something. But charging when you bring your own cup is a bit much. They claimed it was 'corporate' making them do it, but I suspect it is just poor training of the workers. Could someone address that?

Came by this location today for lunch and it took 20 minutes to get a 3 piece. The lady asked me to pull up and obviously forgot i was outside. She finally came out with my order and didn't even say sorry or even speak. This is the most unprofessional Bojangles i've ever been to. A bunch of street people who could care less about the customer. They should just close this location down, it's never busy anyway. | |
