Sounds like this Trussville location is as bad as the one that closed in Hoover. We pulled in one time and they said they were OUT OF CHICKEN. We tried 3 times to go to the Hoover location and all 3 times we had to leave. Trussville sounds like they are following in the footsteps of Hoover and I'm sure they will be closed too

The customer service is horrible, i was told to pull down to wait for my order. After 30 minutes I go inside and tell the manager I’m still waiting for my food and I show her my receipt. She says I don’t know why you were waiting we have your order. How unprofessional. That’s not how you run a business.

My First time eating at BOJANGLES, let's start with the biscuit, It reminded of Big Mama's homemade biscuits on Sunday morning, everything else was great , I'll be back
I like Bojangles. Their chicken sandwich is solid, the fried chicken is good, and I like most of the sides. The coleslaw is my favorite. At this location, they were going to charge me for water, even though I brought my own cup. Now, I can see charging for water if they provide the cup, as it costs them something. But charging when you bring your own cup is a bit much. They claimed it was 'corporate' making them do it, but I suspect it is just poor training of the workers. Could someone address that?
Came by this location today for lunch and it took 20 minutes to get a 3 piece. The lady asked me to pull up and obviously forgot i was outside. She finally came out with my order and didn't even say sorry or even speak. This is the most unprofessional Bojangles i've ever been to. A bunch of street people who could care less about the customer. They should just close this location down, it's never busy anyway. | |

Thursday morning, I'm just leaving this Bojangles without checking my order. Ordered the #4 and got an over cooked chicken biscuit. I get back in the line to get order fixed and told to pull up. Now in the line 10 minutes with just 2 cars in front of me. I left and won't return .I came here 2 days ago and the old lady working the drive thru window told me, the employees don't care about the customer. I should've listened.

So I pull up to the drive-thru window and sit there approximately 2 minutes. No one ever said anything. I assume that the window microphone was not working correctly so I drove around. The color lady came to the window and yelled at me there's only two of us here you got to give us a minute. She could have at least said something to me while I was at the window. How was I supposed to know. She would make it in the real world at a real job. I will not be back because this black lady was rude

Two times I have gone there and have received a thigh but paid for a breast, are these people trained to know what chicken pieces are? One time8 took the thigh back, got a thigh back. These people are impossible, I will not be going back. I asked for some tea, didn’t get that either.
