I am so FRUSTRARED wirh this place that I could have screamed to the top of my lungs while walking out of this establishment today. I have seriously been calling every Friday for the past 5 weeks to see if they are serving lobster rolls. A little over a month ago I called on a Thursday to see if they would be serving lobster rolls on the day and they said they would be. I drove 35-40 mins to their establishment just for them to tell me that they weren't serving it that Friday. I then expressed my frustration to my waitress about how I called the previous day to confirm before I spent time fighting traffic to get to them on a Friday. She brought her manager over to speak with me and the manager asked that I call the day of next time. I called each and every Friday for the next 4 weeks and every Friday I was told that they weren’t serving it until today. I thought wowwww today is my lucky day. I immediately started my 35-40 minute journey to Bricktops to get myself the long awaited lobster roll just to be seated, order my lobster roll with fries and be told “SORRY we don’t have any more lobster rolls, would you like to pick something else from the menu”
NOOOOOOO I DONT WANT ANYTHING ELSE!!! & at this point I feel like I’m being pranked!!!! The manger comes over and gives me her half enthusiastic apology and tell me to ask them to hold me one next time I call. Is this really how this works?!! Nothing else. I told her how I’ve been at this for 5 weeks and there was nothing that would make me want to come back and allow this to happen again for the 3rd time.

We had a pleasant dinner here. The food quality was good. Unfortunately not everything on the menu was available. The steak was very delicious and perfect temperature. The service was very friendly and attentive. It’s a little pricey but all in all good.

Great menu. Not executed well. Received a raw steak (ordered medium rare). They then decided to bring me back the cut open steak burnt and cooked to a proper medium rare. Could be a one-off, but that was enough for me.

We were there with a party of 10 and everyone was very pleased with their meal,looked and tasted wonderful.Great service
We went tonight to celebrate our daughter’s 29th birthday. We told our waitress 4 times. I ordered the bistro chicken. It was inedible as it was so dry and burned. She never asked how our dinner was. The Hemingway steak was good for her, however, the pita were served separately. Anyway. Our waitress was asked to bring more sauce for my dehydrated chicken but she delivered about 15 mi utes and it was cold. She never asked. We spend a lot of $ there and we were disappointed. She was a cute girl with a floral tie and shared her birthday dates but failed to recognize my daughter’s birthday and never cared about our food. 245.00 spent. Gonna have to go else where.

At first I felt a little trepidatious because they didn't have steak sauce BUT! The steak was seasoned and a perfect medium. It was served with au jus and when I say it was soo tender, delicious and juicy!!! Im having it again today!! Chefs kiss!!!

I have eaten at Bricktops countless times. Tonight’s experience was surprising. Our waiter was rude as my daughter in law described. I travel extensively and have experienced some of the best and some of the not so good, but tonights service was not at all up to the Bricktops I have experienced in the past. Twenty minutes to get our drinks after ordering them and the waiter lays blame on the bartender without one of us even asking! That is a sign of an amateur…….I will return to the restaurant, however if I am offered this waiters service, no thanks, out the door I will go! For $250+, I don’t need his idea of guest service.
