The service was really pleasant, especially considering I was their last diner of the night, just before 9pm. The table bread was much better than I'd have expected, and the mushroom ravioli was extremely good!
Brio has great food but terrible policies regarding service. Brio requires the bartenders to also provide table service. This week, we were the bartender's table and service was slooooooow because he had a bar full of thirsty customers. I finally asked another waiter to help us. The other waiter didn't want to because he knew it was the bartender's table. The customer waits too long; the bartender's are overworked and under appreciated; restaurant has a reputation...
I've had Saturday brunch here many times but yesterday's experience was terrible. Service was slow, eggs were hard and they had no jelly for the toast. It's brunch for goodness sakes, you'd think they would have jelly! It took forever to get our food as well as our check when finished eating. An hour brunch took almost two hours and we got bacon and eggs! Doesn't take that long to prepare. The place was almost empty and all of the wait staff looked like...
