Recently had dinner there with a group of people. They put us in a private room, which was nice, but the acoustics were terrible and therefore, it was very loud. The menu was very limited and expensive. Meat portions were appetizer size and many were extremely salty. Service was acceptable, although a bit slow.
Parking: There is plenty of free parking available, but it is a bit of a trek and an uphill hike to the front entrance. Handicapped parking is non-existent, which I don't understand how that is even legal. I had to pay for valet parking which isn't cheap. Many, not all, of the bellmen were extremely nice and helpful.

Great breakfast buffet that was very expensive but convenient if you are staying in the hotel. Everything was fresh and they had someone at a station making omelets and would bring it to your table if you didn’t want to wait for them to prepare it. Overall the breakfast buffet was good.
The staff was very friendly. We even came here at the end of our day for desert and enjoyed the restaurant that had a modern look and was quiet and relaxing.

I visited Brock’s when on a business trip by myself and Paris, the restaurant manager, was the most welcoming and friendly woman ever!!! Outstanding service and atmosphere! The red snapper was also great. I’d highly recommend this restaurant (whether with someone else or solo) purely because of how amazing and friendly the staff are.

Rick & I celebrated our birthdays with a 2 day stay at Ross Bridge! Shortly after we checked in, we went down to Brock's for dinner. Everything we ate was delicious and our service from Benjamin was absolutely perfect. We had appetisers: chicken flat bread & kale salad. Both were fantastic. Our entrees were steaks which were cooked to perfection. But I think the sides were the best part. I had zucchini and Rick had potato's and they were both awesome. Can't wait until breakfast there tomorrow!

Went for a reunion with some very old friends. Atmosphere was good, and the service was friendly and they tried very hard. In the end, it's a matter of food quality vs price and I'm afraid this doesnt quite cut it. Example: The waitress kept talking about how the duck was highly recommended at medium rare. My wife ordered it, and it came out well done. Most of what I had was OK, but not at this price point. My $50+ filet was tough/chewy. The bread was very good. The staff overall did a very good job.

Went on Valentine's Day and the food was fairly bland, then I noticed the next day I was charged two times. I contacted them multiple times and they either seem to not believe me or just don't care. I'll just dispute it with my bank for both charges then.

I had dinner tonight at Brock’s and the atmosphere is amazing. It’s very modern with an open kitchen. I got to sit at the chef’s table and was greeted by amazing servers and chefs. The focaccia bread was amazing and so flavorful and served with the house butter. I enjoyed the flatbread with rotisserie chicken, goat cheese, and grapes. I would highly recommend the flatbread. It was delicious with fresh ingredients and made in front of you in the kitchen. This is a perfect spot for a great dinner and to get away and relax from the busy day.

I only have good things to say about the breakfast, it was excellent! And I gave the service a 4 because even though I had my drink spelled in my lap, our waitress (Debra Kreager), was nice about it, and my food was free. In return, I gave her a $10 tip, (paid with cash app, mind you),. But the after fact that she later requested money from me was inexcusable! Who does that and where??

We used to be regulars here but then due to life circumstances haven’t come in about 5 months. My daughter said she heard from a friend that the restaurant business wasn’t great and that even Brock’s was closed when I told her we were going. So I looked on the website. It said open daily for breakfast. It did show the Pool side grill closed for the season. Hence , looked like the website was kept up to date. So I told her it looked like dinner must no longer be offered because it used to be and she that was possible, her friend didn’t clarify. On google this morning, it showed open and I looked at reviews and there’s one from just a month ago. So we drove here and it IS closed. They are remodeling until the end of the year. So one star for us driving it there for no reason and to get your attention so that you don’t do the same thing. Guessing I should have called but who would have to do that after checking the website AND google and reviews . They really need to update the info on the website.
Good spread and appetizing choices. They have increased their buffet prices for outside guests, which is a bummer.Special mention to the staff, very warm and cordial.
Debra was our awesome waitress!!! Will be back again!
