I had an amazing experience at Bruster’s! The ice cream was delicious, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. A special shoutout to Tori, who made my visit even better with her friendly and attentive service. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Ice cream wasn’t good & brownie bites were disgusting. Tables outside hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I love ice cream so I was very disappointed. I’ll stick with marble slab or cold stone.

Expensive but there’s nothing like their ice cream and toppings! The drive through is super fast and they are courteous. Generous with the chocolate syrup. Caramel Macchiato is out of this world!!!
Update: the new team lead is lacking in customer service skills. I sometimes avoid this Brewsters for that reason. I left my number for the manager to call me. He called me with a no caller ID phone number so I didn’t answer. He left a very kind message, but when I called the number that he gave me, I just got an answering machine. They’ve made improvements to this store really good ones!! They are more generous here withtheir ice cream than in Vestavia!

It's not a store you can go into instead it was a window where you order from. Therefore I can't rate the atmosphere. The people were pleasant and did there job and the only food I ate there was a mango sorbet..so it's hard to rate anything else. The sorbet was super refreshing and I would get that again.

Today I ordered a pint of Rocky Road which is supposed to have chocolate ice cream with nuts and marshmallows.

Got a mint chocolate chip ice cream cake for my son's bday on saturday from the premade cooler, we didn't order so maybe this had someone to do with it? Aged? Either way if this is this case maybe it shouldnt have been sold? Idk.

It honestly just was NOT good. It was acceptable but for a $40 cake Publix would blow this outta the water.
The employees were very friendly tho.
The cake part was just dry and gooey at the same time (how?) And the icing part tasted like cheap chemically artificial flavoring. The whipped cream didn't feel or taste like whipped cream or close to it, Ice cream part was so so.

We had 10-15 people/mostly kids who all love this flavor and had over half of this basic round cake left with most pieces not eaten, the rest was unanimously decided to trash. We normally go to other places for this but we had a last min change of plans which it did offer us what we were searching for but for cost we are just gonna stick to Publix or make our own next year for cake we actually enjoy

Large choice of flavors. A great stop for a hot summer day.

Have spent $100’s of dollars on Blasts basically for vanilla ice cream. A dusting of reeses, heath, M$M, etc is a joke for the price. The staff is always great. Complaining to them is not worth it. !We are done. We will buy a 1/2 gallon from the store for half the price. I feel like an old complainer…but, with this economy and inflation?
