Have spent $100’s of dollars on Blasts basically for vanilla ice cream. A dusting of reeses, heath, M$M, etc is a joke for the price. The staff is always great. Complaining to them is not worth it. !We are done. We will buy a 1/2 gallon from the store for half the price. I feel like an old complainer…but, with this economy and inflation?

This place is a real treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. The ice cream is incredibly delicious, with a vast variety of flavors to choose from. What truly set my experience apart was the outstanding service, especially from Cuinten, who helped me find the perfect flavor with a smile. Friendly staff and top-notch ice cream make Bruster's a must-visit!

Having a Bruster's 2 or so miles away from home is ever so nice when that craving for a sweet treat hits. We take advantage of the drive thru frequently when we want something sweet after dinner. They have quite the selection of flavors & service has always been friendly. My wife is lactose intolerant so it's great that they usually have about 2 dairy free flavors (seems to always be mint chocolate chip & Oreo), but I'd love to see a few more dairy free options as sometimes I like to cut out dairy. Big fan of the shakes & love that you can buy ice cream by the pint. Shop always appears to be clean & it smells like homemade waffle cones which is heavenly. Will always be back.

Excellent experience. Restaurant is clean on a busy night. I was given my food quickly and the staff was kind and respectful. Patrick at the front counter was especially helpful and went above and beyond and asked me how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. Delicious ice cream. Would go back.

Bruster's is so good I would eat it all day if I was allowed to.You get served almost IMMEDIATELY.Brusters has amazing service and Ice cream.They take Ice cream seriously.Brusters has a mailbox decorated as a COW.They even have a playground for kids to play on while they eat.
