While I like their atmosphere, convenient location, good food and find the prices to be decent, I won’t be back to this location for a while due to the poor and super slow service we received. Our waitress brought our food and never came back. We had to hunt someone down for refills. Then she brought the check without asking if we were all on separate checks or one and walked off. So we had to hunt her down to split the checks. Then she brought the split checks and walked off and never came back. Finally we got a manager to come take our payments so we could pay and leave. Absolutely unacceptable. Won’t be back.

We had an excellent experience. The food was phenomenal. The service made it an especially good experience. Our server, Bri, was so fantastic. She was quick and answered questions very well. She gave us all the information in the specials and was just very kind and welcoming. 10/10

Writing this in case BWWs has some employee reward thing! Anyway...
Cannot remember for the LIFE of me what her name is, but she knows who she is and happy to verify if there is a thing. Had her once on ?August 30th? and then today. And well today she dealt with my family and a squirrel on the TV. Really great girl AND working on her degree (maybe neuroscience?? I can't remember that was two and a half months ago)
Really sweet girl. Anyway, she told me that she ALWAYS wants to do doubles. Just don't even ask her, she is fully open to it
They should post a disclaimer that you need a jacket, sweatshirt, or even a blanket to sit inside. Management seems to care less if the restaurant isn't comfortable for their guests, as long as they are comfortable. Love the restaurant, but they should set thermostat that is comfortable for their guests. I've seen numerous families come in with blankets.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Customer service was abominable! We had to wait for over 20 minutes after placing our order before our server even made us aware that they were three chefs short & behind on orders…. Had we known beforehand we would’ve taken our business elsewhere… then we waited another 30 minutes before we even received our food which the fries we ordered were COLD. So disappointing. Server said manager would bring out more fries that were fresh & we had to wait ONCE AGAIN. This dinner experience was filled with waiting. More waiting than eating & enjoying my meal. Would not recommend this location nor will we return, EVER. Meal wasn’t comped either, even after multiple apologies, nothing was done to insure our satisfaction!
