This place is a joke. We asked for the TV channel to be changed and the Manager(Trevor) decided it was a good time to take out some pent up frustration on us. The service here is typically horrendous, this is not our first bad experience with service at this location. We stop by every week to watch games, going forward our money will go to someone else.

Don't order to go from this location. Have ordered through the buffaloes app and through door dash and each time they have forgotten half the order. Eating inside is fine but avoid TO GO orders.

My boyfriend and I came to dine in, and as servers ourselves we understand that customers coming in close to closing time can be annoying. However, we came in over 2 hours before closing time. The host sat us near the bar, but before we could sit down our server complained to the host about us being sat with him right in front of our faces. After he walked away, we sat down and thought that we could order quickly and leave a good tip to apologize for coming in a little late, but he never came to greet us. We watched him walk around the restaurant without acknowledging us for almost 20 minutes. Eventually, we didn’t want to wait any longer so we gave our menus back to the host and left. We’ve never been to this location before, but we’d rather not come back with service like that.

They really need to work on answering the phones and WHO is answering the phone. I attempted to call in a catering order for an event with a $1,000 budget. I only wanted to ask 2 questions and planned to give a 3 day notice. I called multiple times (8 in total) and when I finally got someone, named Samantha, she seemed irritated to even answer the phone so I decided not to go with them. It’s a terrible look because as a neighboring business, it makes us want to refer people elsewhere. We called a nearby place, Big Whiskey, and was taken care of damn near immediately. Maybe next time….

Great job neglecting to inform local media sources that the Veterans Day promotion was dine-in only. Glad I drove out for nothing and had to turn right back around and go home since it was a packed house.

Great service and accommodated a large group before closing. The cook went out of his way to make my dessert even though he didn't have to. Very much appreciated! Ixel is a great server! ❤️

Joni was absolutely amazing. Best service we have had at this location. She was on top of everything despite having many tables and big parties. The attention to detail was insane!! Thank you Joni!

We did the 2 for 19.99, wife had boneless wings, these were ok. I had the cheeseburger, it was very good. I would definitely order it again.

Will not be going back. They unapologetically send out old food and instead of making corrections, they stand on it. I will never visit this location again. Imagine having to call 15+ times in a span of an hour and a half from 2 phones to get an answer. By the time they answered, I was met with a very snarky Bria. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Big whiskeys is up the street and much better.

Buffalo Wild Wings went above and beyond helping us host a surprise party at this location on a college football Saturday morning. Mercedes was incredible and served our party of 16 with 6 high chairs with amazing service, grace, and patience. The other staff helped arrange the many tables and chairs for a successful party. We could not have had a better lunch party. Thank you again Mercedes and Buffalo Wild Wings for helping us pull this off right at store opening.
