We were very upset they damaged our range severely when delivering it. We didn’t see it until today. My husband had to take off the entire back plate and try to straighten it. We don’t know yet if it is damaged on the electrical panel because you did not provide any of the cords and we cannot buy them until March 14th when we get paid at Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Ordered wings and fries. It’s Buffalo Wild Wings right? Wings were rubbery and fries were cold. The server came by to take my order and to drop my bill off. This place really sucked.

The interior is a little dated and a lot of the seating in the bar area had tears in them. Service was just ok. I've definitely been to much better BWWs.

Great customer service!!!!! To be honest all the food i have ordered is delicious , But the wings are a different story sauce is always good, but honestly super small and and especially boneless.. for place named Buffalo wild wings!!! Honestly probably the economy has messed up all food . Their just cooking the wings their given. Saw a comment about the wedges , beg the differ tasted amazing . Burgers especially .. manager was great, bartenders great, and very helpful. Definitely always go back. Great food

Worst experience I have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Took 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. Server was great after. Wings tasted like they were over cooked.. maybe reheated from lunch since we were at dinner service. Complained to the waiter and asked for the manager but no manager came to the table. Will not go back. It was not busy and I now know why!

Our server was amazing. Our servers name is Cadence. She took care of us right away and was very friendly.

The ambiance was nice and clean. Everyone seem to be enjoying themselves.

I found a magot in one of my chicken wings, when I bit into the wing, I am so disgusted that even my stomach hurts.

My husband and I placed a pickup order last night of boneless wings and potato wedges. I bit into a potato wedge that was made from a completly rotten potato and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I will not eat here again after this experience. I own a restaurant and I understand things happen but you should have better quality control than that. It's completely unacceptable.

I made an online order through DoorDash. Once I went to pick up my order. The “manager” TREVOR was completely and I do mean completely RUDE with a very unpleasant attitude. He had the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I will be reaching out to corporate about my experience. Not only was his action completely unnecessary i also did not receive the food I paid for and Trevor statement was “he will not make food he didnt get paid for”.

Rude and inept server, manager wasn't any better, only made poor excuses and never came back to confirm anything. Ordering food and getting any service was the worst I've ever experienced at any Buffalo Wild Wings. I won't be back to this location. Issues occurred December 19, 2025 between 8 and 9 PM, if anyone chooses to investigate. I plan to leave similar feedback on BWW website. Do better.

Great food, good staff. It's an okay atmosphere, there's been a couple of times where things happen in the parking lot, it's in the kind of one of those areas that is middle-class area and there's a lot of homeless that will walk through the parking lot, I've been there two different times that there was placed in the parking lot and I specifically asked because it was both times by my car it wasn't my car but it was by my car and they said it was card that so, just be careful in that area

This place is a joke. We asked for the TV channel to be changed and the Manager(Trevor) decided it was a good time to take out some pent up frustration on us. The service here is typically horrendous, this is not our first bad experience with service at this location. We stop by every week to watch games, going forward our money will go to someone else.
