I placed an online order for traditional they said they were out.. I placed an order for boneless they were out I normally don't visit this location normally Hoover but last night I chose downtown the worse decision I could have made I drive all the way there for nothing mind you this wasn't a $10 order it was well over $60 I guess what I missed is how can a place that specialize in chicken out of it all I'm lost! As much as I live BWW this just might be my last time dealing with this ... This came to mind as well I can assume that they were closed right closing but this was 9ish idk it's really nice excuse for this kind if treatment especially when it's not in the $1 menu I'm just disgusted with this place as a whole I've been sick and finally had an appetite and still didn't get a thing ti eat BWW do better I went against my better judgement u didn't read reviews and word of mouth screamed Not this location

The wings were tiny and barely had any sauce—completely dry and flavorless. On top of that, the waiter was unbelievably rude the entire time. I’ve had better experiences at other BWW locations, but this visit was enough to make me never want to come back. Totally not worth the money.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at Buffalo wild wings. Obviously, this place needs new management. The staff was completely worthless. The manager doesn’t understand how to create a team to take care of customers had a group of 13. The waitress took our order completely entered it in wrong I guess because the food came out wrong four of us didn’t even get our food until I asked the manager what is going on obviously, this place has issues when you have a police officer standing behind the hostess. If you are in Birmingham, I would suggest finding a different location to eat food. Oh, by the way, I’m pretty sure it’s a health violation, vacuuming the floor when you have customers eating food and waving the vacuum wand in the air around tables. I will never be back and hope the next time I’m in town I hear that this place is shut down. Do not go here. Complete waste of money.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings location. The wings were overcooked, extremely hard, and lacked flavor, making them unpleasant to eat. Additionally, the wings and fries were placed in the same container, causing the chicken sauce to mix with the fries, which ruined both the texture and taste of the fries. Overall, the food quality and presentation were subpar, and I left feeling dissatisfied with the experience. I hope this location takes steps to improve its food preparation and packaging.

I had a horrible customer service experience at the Downtown, Birmingham location. The manager was very insensitive and had a horrible attitude. I arrived at 6:00 and was told the wait would be 45 minutes. After waiting an hour, I asked for an update and the manager came out stating they still could not sit us and did not know a timeframe. Another guy came out about 20 minutes after that and stated they were out of wings. Keep in mind they were stating they cousin sit us and they had all of the available seats in the picture. Horrible experience.

We’re from out of town. Only get to visit B’ham a couple times per year when Chattanooga is playing the Barons. BWW is a much welcomed added bonus when seeing a game at Regions Field. Very handy location. Food was very good and the beer battered onion rings were excellent. Wish the outside seating was covered. You can get rained on pretty easily. Anyway, enjoyed our visit and will be back again when the Lookouts play the Barons.

It took forever to get someone to take our order we wanted to sit outside but they would not let us. And then when taking the order we had to raise our voices to tell her never because she would not come down to the other end of the table.
