Well I usually don't have a reason to come over this away because I'm not from this town I'm from the Trussville,AL so I'm always at the B-DUBS in that area. But enough about me I don't know if too many people come on this review thing but for the ones that do let me tell ya! My server what's excellent I'm not just talking but she was perfect, her name was Erin, she works at B-DUBS with that Chick-Fil-A Attitude can't get any better then that. Then Here Comes Ben 10 lol well Ben is the name top manager for the end of 25 he was better then Trussville managers and I was so mad because how he gone out do my home team but I can't be a sore losing he did come see how table was doing my daughter just adore Ben plus gave her a free kids appetizer on him she is only 4. So please if y'all around the area stop by and give them a holla P.S Trussville step your game up #B-DUB #Erin #Ben 4th avenue S

Ordered the 6-piece honey barbecue boneless and was really disappointed. The chicken came out cold and hard, like it had been sitting out for a while. Definitely not the quality I expected. Hope they can improve their freshness and consistency.

The place was good, the service and drinks were good, put the Spicy Garlic and Caribbean jerk boneless wings, and fries, missed the usual mark. The fries were 🥶 cold, and the chicken was a little over cooked than normal. Maybe I caught y'all on a bad day (Veterans Day??!!). My bad for y'all this go round, but I will be back...not soon though.

We were in Birmingham to get my truck repaired at the Freightliner dealership. While we were waiting, we grabbed food at this BWW location. I ordered on the app and it didn't take any longer than usual. I didn't have my trailer, and the area is definitely pretty tight for trucks, but we were easily able to pull into the to-go spots (using three of them) but we weren't there long and we weren't too intrusive. The food was fresh and delicious as always!

I entered the restaurant to dine alone. I was seated in a back corner next to a gentleman that was also eating alone. there was a waitress sweeping the floor 2 booths in front of me. she finished sweeping the floor and then went to a section mother away from me but still in view and sat down. no one ever waited on me. I was there 10 minutes looking around and making it very obvious that I had not been waiting on. the male host that seated me went to the back and I thought it was to find someone to wait on me but still no one came out with him and no one ever came. the man that had finished his meal was waiting for someone to come pick up his check so he can pay it and they didn't. I told him well I guess I'm not going to get waited on so I'm leaving and he said yes I know. I walked to the front door passing the host at the front desk and the man was behind me going to The Host so he can pay his bill. I passed by the host and told him I never got waited on so I'm leaving. he just looked at me, shrugged his shoulders up and did his face expression as if to say oh well I don't know what to tell you and that was it. The Man behind Me handed his bill to him and said I need to pay this. the service at this restaurant is terrible. There were only a few customers in the entire restaurant so there's no excuse not to be waited on. I will not ever return to this location.

I placed an order for boneless they were out I normally don't visit this location normally Hoover but last night I chose downtown the worse decision I could have made I drive all the way there for nothing mind you this wasn't a $10 order it was well over $60 I guess what I missed is how can a place that specialize in chicken out of it all I'm lost! As much as I live BWW this just might be my last time dealing with this ... This came to mind as well I can assume that they were closed right closing but this was 9ish idk it's really nice excuse for this kind if treatment especially when it's not in the $1 menu I'm just disgusted with this place as a whole I've been sick and finally had an appetite and still didn't get a thing ti eat BWW do better I went against my better judgement u didn't read reviews and word of mouth screamed Not this location

The wings were tiny and barely had any sauce—completely dry and flavorless. On top of that, the waiter was unbelievably rude the entire time. I’ve had better experiences at other BWW locations, but this visit was enough to make me never want to come back. Totally not worth the money.
