I visited this location around 845pm on a Tuesday night. I walked in sat myself at the bar and waited approximately ten minutes before I was greeted and asked if I would like to order. I ordered s beer ,wings and fries. The food came quickly and that should have been a sign. Wings were so hard and the fries were cool. The bartender stayed in the back or on her phone like she was off the clock. Never was in ask if I needed anything, how was the food etc... I did speak with "management" and was told. We do apologize but that's it. If I do go back it will definitely be a different time and hopefully bartender and cook.

This was my first time ever eating at this location and I only brought my kids here because we were already in the area. After eating and on the way home my son and I both felt very sick to the point of me having to pull the car over to throw up. Once we got home we both were in the bathrooms. He barely made it out of the car running in the house and we both had to take medicine. My stomach is still upset. He had a burger and I had wings. I do not think I'll be going back there and I hate I waisted my money just for me and my son to get sick like this.

Just Terrible. We were in for dinner yesterday and had one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. Service was terribly slow, we were sat next to a very loud and obnoxious group with a constantly crying baby (despite the majority of the restaurant being empty) it was actually concerning to watch the behavior of this group as they struck their child, who was no more than one, multiple times in front of their server and no action was taken. Our food was brought out after those who were sat after us (we ordered 2 orders of wings only) and it was cold. When we finished our meal we waited at least 15 minutes for a bill to be brought out and when it was it turned out to be unbelievably incorrect. The stated amount was almost double what we ordered and it seemed almost ridiculous to even have to explain that almost everything was incorrect. Overall it was practically an offensive experience and I will go out of my way to avoid this place in every situation in the future.

So about this place, the parking lot is tight so be aware of that, but other than that the food was ok I had the medium hot wings and fries we also ordered the cheeseburger and fries with a side of onion rings I recommend the onion rings the are delicious. They didn't give me my celery and carrots which is a bomber because the one in Trussville never disappoints even when I order online they have my order right.I enjoy eating celery and carrots with my hot wings it's delicious and plus it comes with the meal. So I'm giving 7/10 only because when you pay for food you should get what you pay for. Meaning what comes with your meal.

The wings at BWW are trash. I just went to watch the college football playoffs. The facility is nice. TV's everywhere and it was extremely busy but my server was really attentive. Cool place but the food is mid.
