I had a really bad experience at this drive-through coffee shop. I placed a simple order for an iced coffee and was given a hot one instead. When I politely brought it to their attention, the manager on duty—who I believe was named Lauren—was completely unprofessional and dismissive. She didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to fix it, and honestly seemed like she couldn’t care less. She was very diminishing towards her staff. It was clear she wasn’t listening to my order and wasn’t interested in making things right. If this is the kind of service they think is acceptable, I won’t be back. I’d much rather support a local spot where the staff actually values their customers and gets orders right.

Always quick and friendly, and the food and drink is always tasty. I ordered an iced turtle latte this morning and it was delicious (you can see I already drank some before I snapped a pic) but the sweet barista drew a turtle on my cup 💛 brightened my day so much!

I’m from Texas and every time I travel I get coffee from a different place everyday. This was by far my favorite coffee I’ve gotten from Alabama! Also the prices are great! Will definitely be back next time I visit. The girls that were working were also super sweet and helpful

But had to give 4 stars because this morning I waited in a long line of cars just to see the sign on the window stating “No frappes, etc…” Not sure if this was out of necessity or to just make it easier for employees to handle the Sunday morning church crowd but I did see a frappe sitting on the counter inside half drank. It’s July and I don’t want hot coffee. Very disappointing.
