The lady at the window very obviously had an attitude but I felt bad that it looks like she’s the only one there today. I don’t know if there’s somebody back there cooking, aside from her- I assume there is. They need to be fired. I received raw bacon, and everybody else’s food was raw as well. We’re throwing it all away and going down the road to get food elsewhere.

I placed a mobile order at this location at 11:28 PM on 3/3/26, well before closing time (12 AM). When I arrived, there was no response at the drive-thru speaker at all, and I waited in line behind two cars for about 30 minutes. Several cars behind me experienced the same treatment because they drove off after being ignored at the speaker. Once I finally reached the window, I was told to “request a refund” because the manager was trying to close the store. When I asked why my order couldn’t be fulfilled since it was placed before closing, I heard the manager yell from the back that she was “trying to close the store.” I requested to speak with the manager directly and she refused to come to the window. If the store plans to stop serving before the posted closing time, that needs to be clearly communicated and mobile ordering should be turned off. It’s extremely frustrating to wait that long, especially after paying in advance, only to be dismissed with no valid explanation or apology. The service I experienced was completely distasteful and unprofessional and the manager on that shift should honestly face consequences or even be terminated.

This BK has noticeably picked it up SO much in the past few weeks/months. I used to not go due to poor service & low quality food, but I find myself going back way more often and I’m more impressed every time I go back. 10/10 & keep up the great work!!!!!

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR BREAKFAST. No line and maybe one person waiting inside. Waited in drive thru with no response for at least 5-10 mins. Went around to make sure they were open. Manager came to window to tell me to pull back around??. Someone should speak to let ppl know there is wait, if thats the case. There was no one their. What are we waiting for...??? Spent to much time here to not get any food or place a order... This was not the first time experiencing this at this location. If you wait the hr for your food, its always cold.

I have never had service like this at a fast food restaurant other than Chick fil a. Super polite employees who obviously want to be there and help people. I did have to go sit a minute for my food but I would rather do that and get fresh food than get food that isn’t fresh. Amazing experience. Worth it!

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible service. I ordered through local delivery app and had to re-order twice!!!! They still didn’t get my order correct. My bag also wasn’t sealed when delivered.
