I stopped at the drive-thru and ordered2 bacon, egg and cheese bisquits. HORRIBLE. I think they slapped the bacon on the griddle about 5 seconds and then put it on the bisquit. It was basically almost raw. I didn't think they were going acknowledge me at drive thru. The service at this location has gotten horrible. Just shut this location down. They don't care about service. Or raw bacon.

Stopped by to get lunch at 2:55 pm, someone , a lady hurried and locked the doors and walked away. She didn’t express why she locked the doors before she left the door. In the middle of the day and the google maps clearly says that this location is open. Everyone else is up and running no snow or rain with beautiful sunny skies. Customer service is pitiful. We went to the 6th ave location and they were very nice and we were served our lunch!

If your hungry & want good fresh food from Burger King, it's not happening in this establishment. No coffee, coke machine out of order, & it was just beginning lunch & the food was from the night before! Go somewhere else! Gas station is better than their crap.

Apparently no one knows how to work the headset for drive thru. This is the 2nd time we have came and no one acknowledged that we were waiting. I don't understand how this location is still running. Management needs to get off their butts and make sure people are working.

First we tried to go in the doors were unlocked and were told the lobby was closed, then we tried to go thru the drive thru and this is what happened.We sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and 3 cars ahead of us no one came to the drive thru window and we finally pulled out of line like the car in front of us and left. I don't know how much longer the other cars sat there

I’m very happy to see all this standards are been follow at this location
Facility looks clean inside and outside
Employees very nice and very polite
Food preparation clean area, employees wearing a gloves, following again all the rules from the health department
Food warm and right measurements right portion
And the more impressed me employees don’t carry or be on the phone that’s AMAZING!!
I hope many restaurants look into this Burger King at the university Blvd cross street from the hospital

When we got our order they put too much ketchup and mayonnaise on both the burgers like dripping off the burger and was a hot mess
