If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible service. I ordered through local delivery app and had to re-order twice!!!! They still didn’t get my order correct. My bag also wasn’t sealed when delivered.

Absoulutely terrible service, the assistan manager was not polite in the slightest, asked for my food to be warm n fresh this time and she batted her eyes at me like i asked her a outrageous question. Restrooms are out of service and food is cold 98% of the time you order. 0/10 overall

I'm not from this area. My family requires outpatient surgery , the center is located next to the Burger King. We went in expecting to eat our breakfast inside. The staff barely acknowledged us with very little eye contact. As if we were bothering them. The overall atmosphere was not inviting. We ate in our car instead. Unpleasant.

I walked into burger king this morning at 6:50 am thinking they were open. The door was unlocked and I was looked at strenge while waking in. I was then asked how I got in, and my response was, through the door. I was then told that they were not opened yet and one of thw employees said that the door must have been opened all night. A restaurant where the door was left open overnight wow

Never will I ever go here again ever in life 💯 the lady taking orders this morning got up on thee wrong side of the bed ...got mad at me because the didn't have any biscuits when I ordered...1st off if you out of something let the customer know before they order 💪🏾 and 2nd how you out of biscuits and you got a nasty attitude first thing in the morning 🤦🏾♂️ the rude behavior made me thank her for nothing and pull off

Why is this location drive thru only? This location is surrounded by customers that are walking from surrounding hospitals and businesses. I walked in to get a small coffee and was told that I had to go thru the drive thru. That’s a luck of customer service and sales. Your staff wasn’t busy at all I’m very disappointed. They turned around customers.
I would use ZERO if that was available... the most rude experience I have had at a drive through ever! I didn't order

Terrible. the double cheeseburgers was terrible, the french fries was so old that they had changed colors. the food was not fresh. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant but this is the first Burger King that I've been to that actually have food like this. My is suggestion don't go!!!

I stopped at the drive-thru and ordered2 bacon, egg and cheese bisquits. HORRIBLE. I think they slapped the bacon on the griddle about 5 seconds and then put it on the bisquit. It was basically almost raw. I didn't think they were going acknowledge me at drive thru. The service at this location has gotten horrible. Just shut this location down. They don't care about service. Or raw bacon.
