The last time I went to this location, the girl at the drive thru was obviously high on something and she fell asleep while taking my money. I waited for her to wake up and about 3 minutes later she woke back up and gave me my change like nothing happened. I haven’t been back since (that was a few months ago) and I hope she got some help.

service was extremely poor! sat at the drive through menu for over 10 min, while the two ppl in front of me had no issue ordering. i finally pull to the window to see the employees mopping with there back to the window, i honked 3 times before being noticed. at witch time i was told my 4 door< over sized tire, and heavy duty bumper, tacoma truck didn't weigh enough after watching a civic go before me. note it was said in a rude and condescending way. so much for the customers always right.

Got a raw burger from this place....last week I got a raw burger from McDonald's in center point too. Whats up with these food places? You cook the burgers til they are done, no red/pink inside

No Stars, this has to be the worst BK in America, the server came on the speaker and said, I needed to get out of line because they already had two large orders they were working on and it would be a 20 min wait for me.I said there’s a vehicle behind me and I can’t back up, and one vehicle had just pulled to the window so I was in between. He said he would allow that car to move to the other side of the building. Every time I’ve been there it’s a problem, I either have to wait at the 1st window until they tell me to move or wait on the opposite side of the building. But no worries I will never RETURN TO ANY BK RESTAURANTS.

I was asked to pull around to the front and wait which I don't have a problem doing. I figured they were working on fresh fries but nope. I waited for 20 MINUTES for a kids meal and finally went in to get it and it was COLD!!!

This location is horrible!!! Service is below standard . I ordered a chicken sandwich and they made my chicken sandwich with old chicken that looked like it had been sitting under a light all day... I highly recommend passing this one up!!!!

Worse bk ever. My food taste like it was cooked a while and they kept us at money window for 10 minutes then told us to pull up. They need to get it together
I asked for a double croissan’wich combo, with a Dr. Pepper to drink. Received a SINGLE croissan’wich. A Root Beer, and all of my hash browns were in the bottom of my bag. Terrible experience. They also had me wait at the first window for an unknown reason. I had already paid. There were no cars in front of me. I waited there for about 5 minutes. Then pulled up to the wrong food. It was amazing.

Waited at speaker and once I placed order was asked to pull to 1st window. I paid and was asked to wait at that same window. Be mindful there was 1 car ahead of me at the 2nd window...yet I was asked to wait. Then when the car pull off she came to window and said "you can pull forward"?? I was like are we social distancing cars now ? when I got the 2nd window after waiting 8min at the 1st window she said" can you pull around to the double doors your meat gotta cook" WHAT?? so I did and waited another 5 or 6 mins and when I got my sandwich the meat I waited on to be cooked didn't even melt the cheese..SMH

Waited five minutes in the drive through after being told someone would take my order in a moment. I finally asked if anyone was there and a female voice answered they were short handed and she would be right back. Meanwhile cars were stacking up behind me and I couldn’t back out. After waiting at the speaker for TEN MORE MINUTES the cars behind me were backing out. There was absolutely NOT ONE CAR waiting at the window. UNACCEPTABLE service, especially when we don’t have the option of going inside to order food because of COVID!!!
