Terrible customer service, slow I drove through drive thru for DD the order wasn’t ready yet they told me wait by the door I did and guess what??? They forgot about me over there I knock on the door and tried to remind them they made me have to wait in the drive thru again !!!

We went here for lunch,after ordering on the app, waited 20 minutes for our order because everyone seemed to be goofing off. The Chicken Sandwich I ordered tasted like it had been sitting in grease for a while. Honestly we probably won't be back.

Good food. Used the app to pay, food was prepared according to the customization. The only complaint was the lack of onion rings, which was found out on pickup. Substitutions were made, Really wanted those onion rings though.

This place is slow and gets my orders wrong half the time, the staff act like you’re an inconvenience just by being there. Normally I love Burger King but the one is Forestdale could use some shaping up.
They is very unprofessional I wouldn’t let my dog work here from the area manager to the store manager they need a new crew but corporate will be paying them a visit soon

One Away From It
Big improvement! We had stopped going to this location awhile back due to bad food, worse service and inconsistent hours of operation. You could literally pull into the parking lot and see half of the staff sitting in their cars smoking and hanging out with their headsets on at any given time. I kid you not one time I stopped there to get my wife some food and they had closed the restaurant mid-day to run errands, and I know they were running errands cause I have a video of the employee( I’m assuming manager at that time) pushing a buggy filled with toys and household items to their car from the dollar general up the street. It seems that now they’re doing a lot better. They food was hot and fresh, well packaged and customer service was great! Please keep up the good work!

She is not only an incredible manager & did a wonderful job running this location but she is also so helpful & friendly & felt like family!
