Took 42 minutes to make a whopper. Tables were all covered in sticky stuff and trash on the ground. They were out of Mr Pibb and got my order wrong....after 42 minutes.

The absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced at any airport food establishment. My order took over 15 minutes, their were employees just walking around as if there were no line. Everyone was complaining about the wait time then when I did get my chicken sticks they were cold. i mentioned this to the server and she said she could make some more but it would be a while. Never again...

I was told Burger King was only serving chicken, "you know, chicken nuggets," not serving the Whopper. They didn't have a sign stating this, and the self-serve kiosks were turned off. It looked suspicious. This was before 5 pm on a Friday. If I wanted chicken, I would go to Chick-fil-A. Guess where I went? Chick-fil-A.

Can’t recommend. Order took 20min to prepare, and half of it was wrong. I was already late for the flight due to their slow service so I couldn’t wait to get it fixed. Awful.

Gave my wife's order to someone else and had to remake it. Made the sandwich with exclusively the toppings she asked them to leave off. Needed continuous prodding over the course of about 20 minutes to give us our sides and drinks; everything was served piecemeal. Got one star back for eventually fixing their problems without charging extra.
