Saw the reviews and thought, oh no , here we go, then saw every airport restaurant has low reviews, figured, the airport has clean restrooms so what's the worst thing that'll happen 😂... Got a whopper meal and a Hershey pie, everything was excellent, food quality, portions, and staff interactions, the only reason for a 4 out of 5, was not having a spoon or fork for my pie and having to get one at Starbucks, I know it's a lame reason for taking a star away, but a 5 requires perfect for me. Either way, id definitely go back!

Just terrible. The whole experience. This place would be the first reason to go with any other food establishment for the rest of my life. Just sad.

First, 2 stars overall is low based on my experience. Food was normal BK food. Service was pretty quick at 6:00 am. Order was accurate. Price was not outrageous for an airport. Grease may have needed changing the day before, only complaint I got.

If you can't order online, at least ensure the screens work, one was completely out and the other kept giving guests an error

They are supposed to be open but they aren't. They told me to come back in about 4 to 10 min and they would be ready. When I went back and started to order from the kiosk the manager immediately told me I shouldn't order because the eggs wouldn't be ready for another 10min. I said well if I place my order that works my order should be the first up. Then she says we'll it won't be ready until another 15min. I asked, is it 10 or 15 minutes. She grudgingly said 15 minutes. I started to place my order for bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and the guy in the back said they're out of bacon...GEESH I smiled and politely walked away to give this lovely review. Having this Burger King in the airport with a 1.8 Google review is a reputational risk.

I have been to this particular one multiple times and it’s always the same story. Ordered at a kiosk because no one came up to take an order. Waited 20 minutes while an employee sat at one of the tables watching me. They had my $, no one was cooking my food. The attitude I received when the person who was supposed to be cooking came back from whatever they were doing in the airport and the argument the one who was sitting and the one who was exploring had in front of me was absolutely ridiculous. I’m over it. No more bk

Don’t bother going here. I ordered a bacon cheese whopper. I got cheese and pickle zero bacon or anything else. So i paid 10 bucks for a cheese burger. People just don’t give a F anymore.
