Service is a hit or miss. Some days it's fine and other times they'll make you pull down and wait 15 minutes for a burger & fries. Just don't order the Sprite. The nozzle clearly needs to be cleaned but they won't.

Meat was cold, service was slooow, dining room was filthy. The last time I was here (months ago) the food was good and the people were friendly and it seamed as though someone was obsessing over the diningroom. Must be management.

Food is ok and employees have been friendly at drive thru window, but I have say in the drive thru for OVER HALF AN HOUR multiple times!!!!! That's absolutely inane.

Poor customer service. They asked me to wait to place my order and didn’t comeback for 10-13mins….no customers were in the inside and no cars in the drive thru. So I drove off because once she heard I was leaving then she asked for my order.

I went to Burger King 11:18:56 pm on 11/1/2025 and the service was awful. My order ID was:AABV3NAJAGHF through the drive through.Me and my wife thought that if we went to this restaurant that everything would be ok but it wasn't. I've been in customer service for 24 years and I've never been treated to rudely. I was told that I couldn't order a cup of water at the drive through window because it was a car behind me me and the girl at the window and the guy with the dreadlocks looked at me as if I was the most hated person in the world their attitudes were just the worst and I was treated with no respect what so ever. I feel if they don't want to be in customer service then maybe they should find another line of employment. I checked my food to make sure that it was ok because I felt as if they did something bad to it. My wife told me that she felt totally disrespected because the way they snatched the receipt from me was totally understand humane and I said we shouldn't make waves until we got our food. In a nut shell if they don't want to be in the food industry look for other ways or signs of employment. Here's a picture of my order and maybe you guys can find out who was there.

Omg, what a freakin' joke... Employees taking smoke breaks while drive thru is backed up, and then even once I pulled up, nobody took my order over drive thru speaker for several minutes.

Some businesses just want bodies. These individuals in fast food today.(some) have hair down to the floor all over their shoulders. No hair protection. But this instance i went through drive-thru. It could've been a lot better. Dry person on speaker. Just unpleasant
