The Reuber Ranch

This is a very slow Burger King with a disorganized kitchen and a poor expediter, resulting in lots of missed items and remakes.

Went to Burger King about 3:30 in the morning at this location and they told me card only Yikes

This eat the 4th place we tried to get something to eat while at the hospital visiting family and guess what this one had employees but all of them were standing around the front machine trying to get it to work and we were told the systems were down and they didn't know when they would be back up.. so still NO FOOD...

Waited at drive through over 10 min.
Called for service to assure speaker worked. After driving up to window no one was available. I could see 2 employees in the distance and they could see me. Finally someone came to the window. I asked if speaker was broken he said no. Seconds later several employees appeared and all seemed to be arguing..

There are two ladies who work at night who use forms that are not suitable for the staff that runs Uber, sometimes they are open until two in the morning and other times closed, the restaurant, so you don't know whether to get out of the car or go for out

I ordered an iced coffee separate from my meal, and then was told 20 minutes after ordering that they did not have iced coffee and that I wasn't going to get a refund. When on Earth has anyone purchased something and not have been able to get a refund for it? Then I was told that I could get an item to replace it but the item that would be replacing it was a $1.50 less than what I originally wanted. So I pretty much just gave them my money.

The absolute worst fast food restaurant in Birmingham, and has been for years. Long waits, employees who couldn't care less, orders incorrect. If ever I have a craving for Burger King, I drive out of my way to avoid this one.
