The owners of this place should be ashamed. The service is poor, the parking lot is trashed, and the staff is grossly rude. I've attempted to order here on two different occasions, and the staff was so rude I left both times. It's like the staff hate you for coming to patronize. The only reason I went back a second time was due to my absent mindedness.. But I'll be sure to remember here on out. DO BETTER!

It's 4:55 pm right now and the inside is closed to customers only apparently yet discriminately staff family members are allowed to come inside and order ??? I've been a regular now ex-customer usually in the morning here for 6 months only for the pathetic evening shift to refuse service to me with an empty drive thru at now 4:58 pm!!! This is unacceptable by all measures and I'll make sure to pass this experience on to every customer of mine to never go there.

This location has been the worst for years. It's ghetto! You have more employees outside than inside, food is cold, food is missing, taking too long to swipe the card, incorrect change, always under staff, wait time in drive thru is ridiculous, lobby closed during normal business hours. But this has been on going issues since before it was rebuilt.

Ordered whopper, no mayo but it had mayonnaise which makes me ill! I took a couple of bites and realized I couldn't eat it. I did not take it back because I didn't want to talk with the rude young lady who informed customers they had no lettuce and tomatoes. However the lady in charge was very nice but still I would have had to go through the younger girl. Also most tables had not been cleaned and the ice dispenser was very slow or nearly out of ice. Not a good experience.
