Seems to be poorly managed. We stopped at a drive-through during a road trip and ordered a Whopper, a fish sandwich, and tenders. The whopper was okay, but not warm or hot; the fish sandwich had complex (hard) pieces throughout. The zesty sauce tasted weird, almost like it had expired. The fries and onion rings were hot. They were out of all drinks except for Dr. Pepper and Strawberry Fanta, and could only provide me with a coffee stirrer. We had to go next door to McDonald's to get a regular plastic drinking straw. The drive-thru was dirty, as if daily cleaning was being neglected. I can't believe we went through with our order.

I guess they didn't take my order serious and gave me what they wanted to. I asked for no pickles and no tomatoes still got them. No fries with two of my meals everything cold . 4 boxes of mozzarella sticks no straws and just ugh! So I'm good with ordering from them again

I went to this location around 9:20 am today when I tell you this was the worse experience from any Burger King in my life. I wanted the fully loaded croissant meal with a cup of fresh coffee instead my coffee was like cold water hash browns literally cold and a old sandwich which had hair in it🤮 when I got to the window I asked for the pink packet sugar because I’m diabetic they didn’t have it nor the blue I had to ask for all condiments Anna she was mad I was asking and no NAPKINS at all she said the mgr had an attitude and she tilts me it would take 7 minutes to cook the eggs😳
