Me and my husband's own a few rental properties in the area and come through Burger King all the time one of our favorite fast food places. However tonight was a terrible experience. We came through the drive-thru around 9: 45 and although I do realize they were getting ready to close the quality and service were unacceptable! I waited for over 45 minutes I have never had to wait that long anywhere! And when I finally received my food, and got home and opened the bag, it was dried up and stale and disgusting, totally inedible! I would love to continue coming to this Burger King as every other experience has been great but I need this made right. I will definitely be stopping in tomorrow to speak to a manager. Burger King in ensley, step it up y'all need to do better!
