If I could give negative stars a I would. Now I’ve gone in there and not had a problem.
But every time the older woman manager works I have a TERRIBLE time. She has constant attitude. Has accused me of reusing coupons cause it didn’t work. She will literally be angry for you existing which makes you wonder why she chose a career at Burger King.
Today I went and ordered THREE things. 2 croissant sandwiches and an eggnormous burrito, after taking my order at the speaker AND the window my order took almost 20 minutes and was wrong. I was missing a whole sandwich and my burrito was sausage not bacon AND was not even wrapped. It looked manhandled. When I went in the drive thru to hopefully get it fixed she was not believing. Insisted the food was in there and asked repeatedly if I had a receipt which I replied every time that I literally just left the drive thru. After sitting another 20 minutes in the slow motion drive thru they operate I decided I didn’t even want the disgusting food they were gonna offer me once again. They’re doing one of the easiest jobs in the world. Making more than billions of other people and they can’t even get it right. I left the food in the window apologized to the window lady, and left. DO NOT COME HERE.

Good food not too much to say bad. Only issue is the signage should be updated, because I ordered a number 2 and it showed a double whopper so I asked to add cheese and they said it already comes with it and bacon. The sandwich I received was a texas whopper not what was pictured

The employees look mad. They mean mug you when u walk up. They at work but dont wanna work. Very bad attitudes. Very ghetto. Its like they are pissed off bkuz they have to get off of their phone to make u something. So i ordered something very simple. Cheese stiks. And will try not to be hungry next time i come to walmart or just go to the deli. No wonder they have a 2.4. The cheese sticks were good and hot tho. I give a 2 star bkuz i wanted a whole meal but could see i was annoying them by ordering food.

Ask for a refund after not receiving my food. Was told I would need to return my food to get a refund…after telling management I didn’t get my food, she told me she was serious I would need to return my food…worst service I’ve ever received.

A couple of days ago I went into Walmart to BK because I figured it would be faster than going to the restaurant's drive thru. I used the app for the Double whopper and fries and got home and had a regular whopper. Mostly mad at myself for trusting that it would be right.

My daughter and I both ordered whopper meals. We pulled to the window and paid for the food. While waiting for our food we observed the girl bagging out food wiping her hands on her butt. We asked for someone else to handle our food. The manager with the grey hair come to the window and acted as if she didn’t see a problem. She pulled us down and said that she would get someone to wrap our food. To be honest I feel as though we received the same food. Definitely disappointed

Food is reheated in the microwave and hard as a brick. Terrible. They reheat everything. Don't ever eat here!!!!! Nasty!!!! Save your money!

I am actually thinking about calling the health department and have them come to this location at the Walmart. This was the worst Whopper that I have ever had in my life. The whopper is supposed to be flamed broiled. They did use the flame but they had it in some type of container. The young lady did have on gloves but she used her fingers and picked the meat up and let the grease drip onto the bread lettuce and over riped tomatoes an it was a soggy mess. I didn't have onions for some reason. I had just got off of a long flight and I was so hungry so I went there. I spent $11.75 because you had to have exact cash or a card. The chicken mc nuggets had an after taste that is still in my mouth. The fries were ok. As I sat in the restaurant I had to ask for another piece of bun because the bun was so soggy, I should have asked for two new buns but I digress. An older lady with matted grey braids walked back behind the counter. She gave me a dirty look as I was telling her (afterwards she asked me what I wanted) because at first she just gave me a crazy dirty look...Anyway ..I don't know what they are being taught at this location . It needs to be shut down. The floor in the cooking area looked like it had never been mopped since the place opened. The burger king sign was not on, I didn't even realize that it was inside the Walmart...I was embarrassed to have even tried to eat there. They are in violation of health regulations I am sure. I am definitely calling the Birmingham Health department ASAP. The food was obtrosis, this location has ruined the BK experience for me forever...A mystery shopper needs to go in there. I asked for salt and pepper and the older lady with the grey matted braids told me salt was on it...The whole sandwich was a soggy mess. I actually am going to call the corporate office as well. I might even dispute the charges on my credit card .. Telling people that they have to have exact change because they don't have any money is ridiculous. A little boy came in and he had $25.00. he was told to go out and get change. I have been eating whoppers every since they first came out... please close this store or do an inspection..

Drive thru service fast and accurate. Good food.
Terrible service. Employees Will yell at you even when **they get the order wrong** and will continue to yell at you as you leave the restaurant. She refused to make my correct order. Do not eat there!

Service has gotten much better in the past month. The lady that took my order at the window (had Susan Moore sweatshirt on) was kind and courteous. I had to wait for part of my order. Employee--Antonio brought it out and apologized for delay. They both displayed great customer service skills that day. Great job!
