The service was not good at all. You can tell the employee was very high.
I went for Breakfast I ordered ham and cheese croissant with no eegs I received eggs and cheese only. I called the manager apologized told me to back. I went back for lunch the person was soooo rude no customer service etiquette at all she played and talked while trying to understand me and checking her cell phone!!! My food was sooo sloppy semi warm like it had been sitting for awhile!!!! I would ever go back there they really need to train on customer service!!!

Really great experience. Miss Junetta was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and very short wait. Highly recommend this place all around!
Never get a order right. Charged me for cheese I didn't get. The small meal the same price ad the medium. Please do better, yall be messing up my lunch breaks.

I only gave it 3 stars because the food was good both times I went. However, the manager (dark skinned older woman with gray locs) is extremely rude and condescending to her team. She yells at them and snaps at them in front of everyone. This was my second time coming to this location and it was the same both times. Another customer asked her to be patient with who was clearly a newer worker. The manager replied with "I don't have patience", in the most condescending way in front of us. It was very hard to watch! She is NOT a good leader in any sense of the word.
The lady was mad and had an attitude but we got our food.

Sat in drive through for 10 minutes behind only one car, once we got to order screen I was told to wait and waited another 5 minutes.. once at drive through window I was asked what I ordered again.. waited there for about 5 minutes to be told to pull around to have food brought out. Waited another 5 minutes got food but they forgot my child's meal.. he was in car crying.. I had to go in and wait another 5 minutes. I have worked in the service industry for over 15 years and this is unacceptable! The place was not busy which makes it worse.. will not be going back to this location.

Because of the fast food restaurants where I'm from I've learned to not expect anything and just be happy if I get food that's edible, so I wasn't expecting much from this Burger King but to my surprise they showed me that customer service is still important to some employees. They were super nice and the food was hot and really good!! What surprised me the most was it was almost closing time when I stop by and that's when most places give you an attitude and your lucky to even get food at all but they actually went out of there way to make me hot fries, I couldn't believe it. Sometimes just being
nice and acting like you actually care can change someone's entire day. Thank you.
