I sat in line for about 30 minutes behind one other vehicle, only to have both of my whoppers made the wrong way and all of my food was cold. The guy running the window acted like he was stoned out of his mind too.

The sign says open until midnight. They must be in the eastern time zone, because I just went thru the drive thru and nobody responded. Turn off all the lights if you're closed. And change the sign.

If I could give them negative stars, I would! On multiple occasions, they don’t cheese or bacon during breakfast time. Not one single time have I been there in the morning between the hours of 7 and 10am have they EVER had sweet tea (I’m talking like 10 times not 2)! This place is sooooo unbelievably ridiculous! The menu signs in the drive-thru are in shambles. The outside of the building looks rundown. Now the only time I get Burger King is if I go to the one by UAB which is impeccable compared to this trash of a building. One time, they didn’t have American cheese and they put shredded cheese on the croissant. Corporate needs to come down here and see how disgraceful this location is at representing their brand.

Please turn off your tablet from Uber Eats/Doordash and just completely remove yourself from delivery platforms. None of your staff are paid enough to care/assist with simple delivery orders therefore corporate needs to remove this store's privilege as it's creating massive waste on numerous ends.

Apparently the one guy who looked at me sitting down eating in the BK uniform and pointed at me to go through the drive thru doesn't work here. Neither does anyone else I let Doordash know.Came back the next night for Uber Eats, and the same guy was working. He also hid when I drove up and ignored when I called the restaurant, and Uber support.

Do Better Burger King. Whoever owns this store has let it go, big time. The wait is so long…staff are confused about how app works. The menu is a puzzle! Lots of bulbs, wires and tape..??

How is this place still open . Not clean restrooms and the food was not burnt but definitely leftover and overdone. Drink machines didn't work, some very nice lady came by and asked have we ordered which we said yes . So we told her what we ordered and she didn't know we had even placed an order.the tables were dirty at 9 am. Floors were sticky, none of the screens worked so we had to guess what they served. The lady that took our order was no help.

This is the worst BK I’ve ever gone to. Rarely is the drive thru open. You drive up to the speaker box and wait only for nobody to ever answer. This has happened NUMEROUS times on different days and different hours of the day. Most recent trip was around 6pm on 9/13/22, three cars in the parking lot, lights on, menu lights on and back door open. Waited at the menu box and never received any response so I left. The few times I’ve been able to order, I’ve had to wait 10+ minutes in the drive thru before I received my order. Given that I’ve had more bad experiences then good, I will not be returning to this location.

When I went in to order the 1st time the guy was very nice and sweet but the woman who bought out my order was rude and everything else you could think of BUT I called as soon as I got to my car. I left a message never thinking it would do anything BUT THE OWNER CALLED ME THE VERY NEXT DAY. She was really interested in what I had to say say and wanted to know what she could do to make it up to me! That has never happened before in my life! She was the sweetest person too. She gave me a gift card for the amount I spent there so the next time my grandkids came I'll be able to take them back. When I went to pick up the gift card that week the women who was so rude apologized to me. The 2nd went IT WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE IT WAS A GREAT ONE! I could'nt have been happier with the staff, the service and my order was exactly as I ordered it. Everything was perfect! Thank you and my hats off to you the owner, the staff for making what I thought count then doing something about it so quickly. I'll be back?! YOUR BURGER KING is now MY FAVORITE BURGER KING!

Falling apart, literallyFirst tried drive thru, every electronic (screen, lights, menu, EVERYTHING) was broken. Waited a few minutes and never heard anyone on speaker.Went inside. Door handles and windows were disgusting. All but maybe 1 1/2 menu boards (electronic) were broken. Place wasn't that clean either.Quickly looked for a health department rating, but didn't see one. Didn't trust that the food would be good given the really bad condition of the building. I left without ordering.

I just don’t understand how this location can be so ridiculous. Bad customer service. My orders always wrong . The workers always have a attitude.. I feel like they would save money closing this place down .

I pulled in @ 10am, they had no coffee, the girl @ the window,,she acted like she didnt want to make it, lazy as can be,, she asked me if I still wanted it. I had a coupon for 2 coffees,, I heard someone coughing bad inside, please check them for health reasons and working..,, so I waited a while for my food the young boy come out only gave me 2 sandwhiches,, I had to literally go in to get my food and I used the drive through, ( they gave me no hashbrowns and no coffee, I had to ask them for the creamer sugar and stir stick and a carrier and even the boy is lazy.. I'm still here hes been playing outside since I come out to get my food, he went and got his car across the street, hes been playing in his car since than, it is now 10:55am, I had long enough to eat a sandwich and drink a coffee,, I took a video when I went to go in to get my things and a picture of him playing around outside

This is quite possibly the worst BK ever. I've driven up several times to find them closed in the middle of the day. Last time, I placed a mobile order for quite a bit of food. After being charged, I arrived at the location around 7:30 pm. All of the lights were out and no one was in there. I called corporate and they refunded me.

This place is ridiculous. It’s falling apart, the employees can’t be bothered to even change menu signs, so I guess you are supposed to order by memory or make something up and hope it’s right . Not to mention they rudely stop you during your guessing of your order to casually inform you they are out of simple staples like … hash browns… Unless you want a good laugh don’t bother coming here!!!!!

Did not answer drive thru had to go inside, no apology, staff was sitting in dinning room, cook only had one glove on, manager was on her cell phone the whole time. Manager did request fresh fries. Place smelled like burnt grease.
