This was such a romantic place for our date night. The food was flavoful and we loved the wine pairings offered for each course. I recommend the sweet potatoe cornbread & pork belly, also the fried oysters for starters...(Not pictured because we at it quickly)...Our waiter was very knowledgeable about his wine & gave great suggestions on the courses.

From entering Cafe Dupont and making contact with Angela was simply a delight, It's no surprise why she would be first point of contact. Our server Brandon outstanding and his presentations of our cheeseboard on point,etc. Our meals (snapper/chicken) were on another level of delicious, hats off to the chef.

My wife and I went for a date night. Very classic (a bit too classic) service, cooking and decoration. But the food was good (albeit expensive, although this was expected) and the experience was enjoyable.

We dined here last night and I must say I was very pleased. I ordered the fried green tomatoes as a starter. The dish was perfectly plated and the taste was spectacular! The sourdough bread brought to us prior to ordering was also very delicious.
I ordered the scallops for my main course and that too was very tasty and beautifully plated.
For dessert, the beignets, which was the best I have ever tasted. Better than Nalins:)
Our server (forgot his name) was perfectly on point. The atmosphere was warm and cozy.
We enjoyed our dining experience and look forward to returning when back in Birmingham.

The food was excellent!! For a party of four we had salmon, beef rib tips, steak and duck. The sides were fresh and that meats were well seasoned and each meal was delicious. Our server Brandon was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back.

One of the best dining experiences I have had. The food was phenomenal and the flavors were interesting and incredibly well-balanced. Our server Colin was attentive, personable and professional. Every detail was on point, from the atmosphere to the timing of each course. Birmingham is lucky to have such a wonderful establishment. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!
