Just eat there fish smell bad not cooked good and didn’t give me all fries omg no I get food poisoning threw up 🤮
Drive thru lady started yelling at me about how much tartar sauce I wanted lol. Ordered a fish meal, was about to order a second fish meal, before I could she said “how much sauce u want”
I said, I’m gonna need like 10 sauces (their sauces are VERY small)
She yelled “nu uh ain’t no way u finna get 10 sauces for 2 pieces of fish, nuh uh hell nah”
Lmao ok, would have paid for it, was about to order more fish, why are you yelling?

First they were out of lobster bites. Then my fish, fries and hush puppies were cold.🤨 was traveling the reason I didn't return for a refund.. smh

The customer service was absolutely terrible, the person who took our order in the drive thru had a terrible attitude she was very impatient while taking my order, I arrived at the window & the service was still the same, I ordered a Large potato soup (that they had advertised on the menu) & rudely told they did serve the soup along with half of everything else on the menu that they were “out of” overall my experience at this location was horrible & I will never return again .
Always out of something! Coleslaw Tartar sauce or ketchup! Now the dinning room is not open this is the world st managed restaurant I’ve ever experienced! Sorry for venting!

Today Tuesday the 24th of June at 3:56 I pulled off because the cashier was very rude. I requested my food and she told me very abruptly my total and to pull around. I wasn't done ordering. I politely asked to order something else and she responded rudely by saying YEAH, GO HEAD. Not go ahead BTW. I didn't want to deal with the rudeness so I left. She has such a bad attitude that no one would make an effort to come back for the service.

I waited about 5-10 minutes in the drive thru!!! I was upset at first but I was greeted with a smile at the window and great southern hospitality from Berta…

Never got waited on in Drive Thru was told to wait a minute but after 10 minutes I left.
As shown in the picture, the hot food placed in these containers tends to melt the surface of the plastic. You can imagine the potential impact this has on the food itself, and I leave the judgment to you. When hot food comes into direct contact with the plastic and causes it to melt and stick to the food, what health issues could this potentially create for us? I believe it would be much better if a protective liner were placed at the bottom of these containers to prevent this issue and avoid the mixing of plastic material with the food.
On a separate note, the staff at this restaurant are respectful and courteous, but I believe the customer service experience could be improved further. Speaking to customers in a gentler tone and listening to their orders more patiently would make a significant difference. This would be especially helpful for customers who are elderly or not fluent in English. Thank you for your attention to these suggestions.
