Here we are spent $65 on meals for the family and this is the second time we have had the same rude girl I guess who runs everything in the front, but says we can only have 2 tarter sauce for all of us, she said they don't have extra tartar sauce I don't consider 2 tarter sauce for the whole family order, every other captain DS gives you bowl of tater or any other sauce you need, she is rude talked about the customers over the speaker because of what they are ordering or figuring out what they want, she stays out side i guess the 3 employees they have isn't enough to do her job but she is the rudest employee and she hates her job she needs to quit, i own my own business for 35 and you don't talk two customers that way play Captain D's ought to be ashamed of the ghetto crew they have working at the oak mountain Captain D's I guess I need to stay in the hood and make the money the only way they know how
Went here for lunch as it was close by and we felt like some seafood. I was a little worried at first at what seemed to be, at best, controlled chaos. However the crew here had it under control and everyone was getting their orders quickly and correctly. The food was hot, fresh and tasty.

The service sucks. The drive thru line is worse than the service time inside. The drive thru ordering post is too close to the pay/pickup window. Need fixing badly or else I will never visit this location again.

The food was fresh and the employees were super nice and extremely helpful. We were talking about old times and how we were so poor that we would stop by and ask for chips and they actually gave us some free. Another great memory for Dad and I.
