Here we are spent $65 on meals for the family and this is the second time we have had the same rude girl I guess who runs everything in the front, but says we can only have 2 tarter sauce for all of us, she said they don't have extra tartar sauce I don't consider 2 tarter sauce for the whole family order, every other captain DS gives you bowl of tater or any other sauce you need, she is rude talked about the customers over the speaker because of what they are ordering or figuring out what they want, she stays out side i guess the 3 employees they have isn't enough to do her job but she is the rudest employee and she hates her job she needs to quit, i own my own business for 35 and you don't talk two customers that way play Captain D's ought to be ashamed of the ghetto crew they have working at the oak mountain Captain D's I guess I need to stay in the hood and make the money the only way they know how

Went here for lunch as it was close by and we felt like some seafood. I was a little worried at first at what seemed to be, at best, controlled chaos. However the crew here had it under control and everyone was getting their orders quickly and correctly. The food was hot, fresh and tasty.

The service sucks. The drive thru line is worse than the service time inside. The drive thru ordering post is too close to the pay/pickup window. Need fixing badly or else I will never visit this location again.

The food was fresh and the employees were super nice and extremely helpful. We were talking about old times and how we were so poor that we would stop by and ask for chips and they actually gave us some free. Another great memory for Dad and I.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a young lady with a friendly voice; which is hard to come by today in fast food world.
I literally sat in the drive thru line 50 mins before receiving my food. I will never be back, thank god I had just got off and wasn’t on my lunch break.. if that was the case, I would be fired. Then the curb at the drive through is so high, it forces you to sit and wait. Do not come to this Captain D’s ever!!!! You could catch, clean and fry your own fish quicker than this!!!

Sat in line 30 -40 minutes waiting I just pulled off when I finally got to the window yall suck bad

Possibly the worst Captain D's. We sat in line for over 30 minutes. There's no way possible to pull out the drive thru due to the curbs. The attitudes of the staff is absolutely ridiculous. Soon as we got to the window, we pulled off. We already waited over 30 minutes for "fast" food not about to pull forward and wait more time!
