I thought the one that Irondale was bad the one all I had that had an experience at was about the most pitiful excuse for a captain D's I have ever been to. I wanted the shrimp and fish and chicken but got a two piece fish instead. It wasn't whiting like it always has been and sure wasn't golden brown. It was catfish disguised as whiting fish. The fresh fries were interspersed into old fries. The tea has been out too long and had a funny taste and sure wasn't cold since very little ice. I will never go back to capt D's until this is corrected. BTW the staff was more interested in talking and smoking weed than doing their job. Absolutely pitiful experience not to mention the 12 $ it cost me to get there ....

Young man talking orders didn’t know what he was doing. Line out the door. Once order was taken it took 25 minutes to get food. Food cold and there where Order given out before nine and others which ordered after us. No supervisor at this store or wasn’t available to talk too. They have gotten really poor service.

There's nothing to contact you about. A year ago, I was sitting in my car about to get out, when two guys open my front door but my vehicle beat me profusely, held a gun in my forehead, I just spent 3 weeks in the VA hospital and I never got my car back, it was totaled and it was taken from me at gunpoint. It's a horrible horrible dangerous area there's nothing to discuss there's nothing you can do it was not your fault. I'm simply saying that your restaurant is in the worst area that it could possibly be. And everybody needs to warned be warned about how dangerous it is.
It's not an area I would suggest for people. It's not a place I would take my kids to. I was beaten, robbed, and had a gun pointed in my mouth.. That's nothing that you can do about it there's nothing for us to discuss. I'm just simply saying it's a dangerous horrible dangerous horrible horrible horrible area, I wouldnt suggest anybody go there.
