I pulled up to the drive thru and waited 6 minutes before my order was taken, it took 23 minutes for me to make to the window and from that point it took another 12 minutes before I got my order, this is so unacceptable for any restaurant to have their customers waiting in the drive thru. I would suggest anyone to eat at this Captain D's, my food was cold and I ordered the giant fish sandwich combo. Truly awful ?

This is the second time I've came to this place and the doors are locked at lunch hours...The only thing open is the drive thru..this restaurant never have the condiments for the food this place is always out of something it never fails..I'm so disappointed for the business and the customers who's willing to pay their money and get turned around because this place can't forfield their customers needs...

The drive-thru service was awful! The cashier who took the orders was rushing and didn't call back the order to know if it was correct. I didn't want to hold up the line, it was already slow. Therefore, I went to another location to have my order complete. Also, change the ink, so the customers will know what they are paying for.Dietary restrictions: The menu has the nutritional value for those that are mindful of their diet.

Don’t ask for anything grill after 7:00pm they shut down the grill and most of the items on the menu are not available that’s trash service in my opinion because someone might want grilled instead of fried due to health the grill should be available until closing in my opinion that’s lazy.
