My husband went and got food from there 30 minutes after opening. The fish and fries were very old. It seems like yall just dipped the catfish in the grease with battered fish. I ordered catfish not battered fish! The Mac n cheese is straight slop! The fries are so hard and old! Y’all want even answer the phone and yall are not busy

Truly one of the worst Captain D's I have ever been to. When I got my food originally, the food was cold, hard and impossible to eat, the shrimp were like rubber and I e-mailed the GM about it; it took almost a month to get a reply, by that time I was tending to my dying mother in a different state. When I came back to get my re-make, to my shock they would not honor it because the one that told me I could have my remake was no longer there (Wendee). I tried to explain that I had not been in state because I had been taking care of my mother who has since passed on, and that it wasn't the GM that ruined my food it was the employee's there who reeked of B.O and marijuana. I am appalled to think that Captain D's thinks so little of the customer that they cannot fix their screw up. I will be posting this here, on Yelp, and anywhere else that will take a review because people need to know to go to any Captain D's other than this one. Not only will they mess up your food, they don't care about their customers.

I ordered DoorDash multiple items from our food was missing - plus the condiments... I tried calling the store, someone picked up & and hugged up. When i called back, nobody answers. Supreme Sampler Meal was missing items. the food isn't even good... these lobster bites are small as nickel, the mozzarella sticks are nasty, unacceptable for the price just everything is to expensive for the amount of food received

Paid for what I ordered and had to argue with the cashier about what I ordered because they didn't know their own menu and what comes with the dinners
This is my 3rd time attempting to eat at Captain D's in the last 3 weeks and being refused service. This particular time I arrived at 9:06 pm and was asked on the drive through speaker if I was paying with cash or card. I told him card and he said that they're only taking cash. (This is the same excuse they gave me the last 2 visits). Does the card machine only shut down on night shift? I had cash ready so I told him that I would pay in cash and he told me that they didn't have any fish. I understand running out of food close to closing time but they advertise that they do not close until 10. I pulled up to the drive through window and asked to speak to the manager and the manager also said that they were out of not just fish but ALL food and if I wanted something I had to wait 35 to 40 minutes for fish that takes 5 minutes to cook. (I know because I worked at this same location). This is my last time attempting to spend my money at this establish. Go somewhere else if you are looking for a fast food experience.

After 25 minutes and still 2 people waiting on their food in front of me, I asked for a refund and left...and then the worker wanted me to throw my drink from the combo away..if it hadn't been flat af I would've just walked out it with...but since it was I just left it sitting on the counter....

Worst people I have ever seen!!! 25 min and still waiting. No one bothered to say what was taking so long. 2 other people still waiting in front of me and we were waiting for 25 minutes!!! I walked out. These people need some training in customer service.
