We were greeted at the door by professional person who quickly seated us. Waitress was quick to come to our table asked for drink orders and came back with warm bread and spices, orders were placed and quirked served and her and another staff member. We watched the overall flow the restaurant. It looked like a well oiled machine, great teamwork. Impressed by more than just wait staff, they took just a minute more to interact with us. Great job. Food and service was impressive

Best restaurant in the Birmingham area. Our family has been coming here for 20 years and we have never had a bad meal or bad service. From the bread to dessert, you can’t go wrong no matter what you order. Highly recommend to everyone!!!

Our waitress/server, Georgia did a terrific job. She was knowledgeable, personable and we look forward to her serving us again next week. One of the many reasons for which we will return.

Food was average and very basic menu options.
They really need to work on service and hospitality.
Ambience and vibe is fine, but there's scope for a great lot of improvement.

I wanted to try somewhere different other than olive garden. The atmosphere is great. Service is average food was terrible. I ordered cheese stcks and pasta mezzula. Not only did the orders come out cold but, the remakes came out cold as well. The waiters reaction was ok..oh well. Do you still want to eat it? Who eats cold mozzarella sticks and cold pasta?

The lunch special is always phenomenal. Fresh bread to start, followed by a salad. Then the soup (I’m stuck on the Italian chicken soup) and entree’ (I’ve tried them all, but now I always get the shrimp scampi. I can’t believe how good it is for a very reasonable price. The waitstaff is exceptional. I’m a cheeseburger and fries guy, but this is my favorite place for lunch. And there’s not really a close second.

Perfectly adequate generic Italian style food. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly impressive. The lobster ravioli was good. Pasta was too thick, but it was tender. Raviolis were well stuffed with lots of lobster. Tomato garnish didn't add anything to the dish, but the cream sauce was good. The chicken parmesan is way too thin and is basically barely breaded chicken with a bit of cheese and sauce. The salads are drowned in dressing. The best part was the complimentary bread basket with olive oil to dip it in. Prices weren't too bad for what you get, but I can't say there's anything here I'd want to come back for.
