Met some friends here for late lunch (1pm) who came from out of state to see DMB at the new amphitheater. We had the ultimate pleasure of having Jade as our bartender. 10/10 for drink recommendations. Whether if it’s off the menu or one of his own creations…Drink it!! So good. 10/10 for food. We destroyed the Salmon Dip. Ordered the cauliflower burger but they were out of cauliflower. Jade being a super cool guy and a vegan, recommended substituting the hot honey veggies...
Carrigan's is like a fine wine... Yeah its the same bottle, same look, same color... But once u open it the things u can't see remind u of why it is ur wine of choice...
My favorite meal is the Kale Caesar w/ Salmon...

Cool place! This place has real potential . It has the makings of the great bar and restaurant! Floors were sticky, a little dirty, employees were scrambling after they opened to get ready , and no one comes to your table to wait on you . You have to walk to the bar to order your food and drinks , and pick up your drinks. They will bring your food. Staff is luke warm at best. We were the only customers there and drove all the way here to eat at the rooftop bar but staff was “alone”...
