My server wasn’t that friendly, but because I worked in customer service before and understand how stressful it can be, that didn’t deter me from giving a tip. Also, I paid $200 for my own private section only for random people to come move my decorations and sit where my guests should have been sitting at. If it is supposed to be such a “private section”, it should be blocked off from other areas in the lounge that aren’t private sections.My birthday banner wasn’t even in the same place it originally was and that was just inconsiderate. UPDATE: They commented under this review literally almost 6 months later finally responding and claiming they do sections for free. That's a lie. I still have text messages and reciepts from when I paid the $200 to the person who booked the reservation. How do you not know who works for you and what they're doing? If I had a bad experience and paid money especially for my birthday and you are taking no accountability then I will give a very honest review. I am big on customer service.

The servers were rude and unwelcoming. We waited 10 minutes to be serviced outside after they said we can sit out there and was left out there, never to be serviced, so we left. The outside area was unorganized and slightly dirty with chairs missing. Also the place opened at 12 and they were still setting up by 12:30.

Stood in line for over 8 min to get assistance. No one came to us so we left . We ordered 6 pc wing combo . She brought to table and said she will bring my Sprite right back to me never did

I visited on today for the first time, after viewing online pictures of the seafood. I was excited to try the food but the shrimp and grits were absolutely awful! The grits were watery and had no flavor at all, and the shrimp were actually undercooked. The only item in the container that I consumed were the sausages, which were good. Beyond that, I had to throw everything else away.

This is the far most worst restaurant ever the stanky breath h03 camiya was so rude and the food was un cooked
