We came in to watch the Big East tournament and eat dinner and sat at the bar, because the restaurant was fairly busy. Our bartender was polite, kept a close eye on us and kept our drinks topped off. I ordered the loaded chips as an appetizer and a grilled chicken ceasar salad. Normally, an appetizer is brought out first. In my case, both were brought at the same time. A little spacing would've been nice, to keep one or the other a little warmer. The portions were surprisingly ample and the food was delicious. For dessert, I went with the cheesecake, but the people I dined with went for the bread pudding at the bartender's recommendation. They liked it so much, I ordered it and it was fantastic. If they would re-name it deep-fried french toast, I'd have probably ordered it out of the gate.

Even though you have an Open Table reservation they do not acknowledge it. Severely understaffed, except for the hostess stand where there were several staff members standing around. This restaurant is located in the Westin hotel and they should be embarrassed.

Open Table needs to take this restaurant off their website, they will not honor the reservation. Not the restaurant’s fault, Open Table needs to listen.Food was good. Wait was long, servers and kitchen were overwhelmed. Once seated everything was good. Not a fan of industrial chic. Impossible to hold a conversation. Location is great if you are going to the BJCC.

The food and restaurant were superb and delicious!! But what made it SUPERB was the service we got from Jayla! We learned that she was only a server for one month and we were just blown away because she did an amazing job! Her mom taught her well she is so pleasant, very friendly, very personable, and was so on it with her guest service!! She was so great that we had to take a photo with her!!

Ordered food to eat in the room on Christmas and I must say the chef/cooks did a great job! The wings were cooked and seasoned perfectly. I was too full after eating the full size wings and the delicious fruit so I couldn’t finish the ceasar salad. My husband also had sweet potato casserole, ham, cornbread, macaroni & cheese and a red velvet cake. He highly enjoyed his meal.

We made a reservation using the link on their web-site. When we arrived, we discovered they don't honor reservations. The front of the house Service doesn't even rate a star. The wait staff, quality of food, and atmosphere were all great. Unfortunately , Service is both front of the house and wait staff. The menu posted on the website has many more options than the menus they currently use.As long as you plan on waiting for a table and ordering from a limited menu, you will be satisfied.

Made reservations and they refused us. The kitchen was so backed up they couldn’t handle the crowd So we couldn’t order food. They were under staffed and not aware that there was an event at the BJCC. 12/17-23

Casey's Sports Grill is in the Westin where Todd English used to be and they're doing a holiday pop-up on Fridays and Saturdays to celebrate the season so we checked it out. They weren't set up to start at the stated opening time, 5 PM, and when we finally got our cocktails we were not impressed with the quality for the $19.53 price *before gratuity*. A group of people joined us around the unlit fire pit and their main topic of conversation was also the drink prices. It's a cool concept but at $20 +tip for one cocktail it's not a place to hang out for the whole evening.

Made reservation. Line was out the door. Checked with hostess and they said we could not have had a reservation because they do not take them. We have used open table for this restaurant previously and have always been seated very close to time reserved. 4 other people in line that I heard said they also booked and were told there are no reservations. Food was good each time previously. This time we decided to leave and grab food at the BJCC concession stand. Very unfortunate as this restaurant is in the hotel and very convenient.

Came in yesterday after the lunch rush around 1:30pm. I was seated by a hostess who brought me a glass of water and an iced tea. I sat there for 25 more minutes while multiple servers and someone who identified as the manager walked by me multiple times. No one addressed me let alone took my order. I walked out just after 2:00.The table to my right was complaining about the taste or their food. Table to my left was complaining about the time it took to get their food. And another table right next to me also hadn't been acknowledged by staff while I was there.Didn't seem like I missed out on much. Poorly trained staff, poor leadership, terrible culture and environment.

Place said they don't honor reservations on night when there is concert and show. There were both. We got there very early and it wasn't a problem. Very limited menu and they were out of two items: shrimp and calamari. Food we ordered was very good and the server Hallie (I believe) was excellent. Location great, but if you want to have a conversation ask for a table as far away from the bar as they have.

2023 MAGIC CITY CLASSIC WEEKEND (Sunday, 10.29.23)! Paid $49.50 for BUFFET BREAKFAST for 2 people that was just warm (NO HOT FOOD) - trying to eat while swatting fruit flies. Luke warm coffee too. How do you bring a fresh batch of coffee from the back and it’s not HOTTT? Reassess what you offer patrons and at a minimum, make sure the food is HOT!!!

The food is really top notch. Staff are nice. However the wait times are unusually long even when they’re not very busy. Understaffed?
