Drove 25 minutes to this CAVA for a pickup (closest to me) and I got home and my order is completely wrong. It’s frustrating as a consumer to be conditioned to never pickup an order because it’s never right but looks like I’m crossing CAVA off my list of food options on the weekends because it’s not worth the wait in line and I can’t trust the order to me made correct. Added beef to a vegetarian bowl … not cool.

We get Cava delivered every Sunday, and without fail they forget something. More often than not it’s the pita we order for our little girl. I don’t understand how this happens repeatedly. Please create some sort of system to double check your to-go orders to make sure everything is included.

Rude workers. The hours say 10:45, I got there at 10:50, and they said it would still be 20 minutes till I could order. The worker was not even apologetic or anything. I understand running behind, but 20 minutes is a little ridiculous
First off, the service was unbelievable — the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. I had the “Build Your Own” with romaine lettuce, and for protein, I chose the steak and braised lamb. The lamb was absolutely amazing — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
The fried pita chips were a great addition, adding a nice crunch to the meal. They also had a great selection of drinks; I highly recommend the strawberry citrus — it was refreshing and balanced.
The only disappointment was the portion size of the dips. They were quite small, especially considering how tasty they were. A little more generous serving would’ve made the experience even better.
