This place has continued to go down hill. The hire anyone and it reflects in the service and food. Whoever is the franchise owner needs to do a better job at who he/she allows to manage this place. I rather eat chipotle and deal with an upset stomach than to spend my money here anymore.

Got a the steak wrap and it was really good, as well as the red pepper pita chips. Can be a little messy due to the sauces and stuff but otherwise was delicious.

I always play it safe with the grilled chicken I’m so glad Jose let me try the meatballs because OMG new fav! Would have never tried it otherwise cause I never tried lamb before. Love the sampling aspect! Good music in the store too! Bobbie C.

Just came in and whoever the guy is the have starting orders is a freaking rockstar. He was working that line like a machine. I’m sorry in advance I didn’t get his name but he’s a short Hispanic guy. All with a smile too regardless of the line before him. Awesome service thank youu!!

I had a fantastic first visit thanks to Jose! He was incredibly helpful, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and his high energy and enthusiasm truly made my day. I loved all of his recommendations, and I was impressed to learn he’s in training to become a manager at another store, he’s clearly going to do great! The establishment was spotless, and with me now working at the nearby hospital, I’ll definitely be coming back often. Sad I won’t see Jose again at this location, but so grateful for such a wonderful experience!

I frequent cava all over the country. I could tell you last night was one of the best meals I’ve had from Cava. The food was great. The restaurant was clean and the team working out. Front were amazing.
Very disappointed. We came at 9:30 PM, but the staff clearly didn’t want to serve us—rushed and unwelcoming. We’ve been regulars, but this experience was unacceptable. Poor service, and charges were wrongly added even though we know what’s usually extra.
