My food was horrible and DoorDash and this store are refusing to refund me I order this today at 12:55 and it got to me at 1:34 pm for a ten minute delivery time just don’t run to the other location

They are not honoring Veterans today! They didn’t even realize it was Veterans Day, the staff said they have to wait for the operator to call them back to tell them. I usually don’t have a problem with chick fil a but it’s disappointing them not honoring today. Especially when most of their customers at this location is veterans.

Don’t even bother doing curbside pick up here. I’ve ordered it now about four times and every single time they never bring the food out. When you come in to grab your food because you’re running late and we’re expecting car service, your food has gotten cold because they just leave it on the counter.
I never thought I would experience this type of treatment from the Chick fil a brand. Very disappointing.

I met my husband for lunch and the service was great. They were very busy, however, it took less than 15 minutes for us to place and receive our order. The dining room was clean and the employees were very helpful, attentive, and friendly. I really appreciate the customer service we receive every time we go to a Chick-fil-A.
