I went to chick fill a. I got food. The food was decent but then KODY asked me if he could give me a refresh and I said yes. He is absolutely amazing with his speed and efficiency I got my drink back in a flash 6/5 thanks to Cody would definitely come again!!!

I came through the drive-through to get a quick meal, and before I drove to the menu, I was stopped by one of the workers. He proceeded to attempt to take my order while leaning casually on my car, not facing me. My car isn't a brick wall people casually lean on. I don't even lean on my car because I don't want to risk scratching the paint. After I was stopped, I asked to see the menu because I rarely go to this restaurant. I haven't memorized the menu, I didn't know that was a thing I was supposed to do before coming up. The employee seemed confused as if he didn't know what a menu was, so I just defaulted to a chicken sandwich to save him some brain power. The service was the worst I've seen at any Chick-fil-A. Luckily, their food is about the same as every other fast food in the chain. They're lucky when I got home, I didn't notice any damage to my car. I know you brainwash your employees to be buddy-buddy with the customers, but brainwash them to not violate the customers' cars.
