Chick-fil-A

For the second time, I’ve gone through the drive-thru and discovered after getting home (45 minutes away) that part of my order was missing. Chick-fil-A has always been known for its accuracy and attention to detail, which is why this was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, this location hasn’t lived up to that expectation, and consistency seems to be an ongoing issue.

I grabbed some breakfast from the drive thru on my way back to Gadsden. I ordered a chicken biscuit add egg and cheese along with an order of hasbrowns and a large coke. Everything I ordered was made to perfection and I did not have to wait very long in line of the drive thru to get my order. The staff I encountered was polite and friendly.

I don’t know what kind of customer-service superpowers Brandon has, but the man is hilarious and made the experience. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure i had a great time while I was here. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and keeps the line moving with a great attitude. Chick-fil-A is always known for great service, but Brandon really took it to the next level. Highly recommend stopping by if he’s working! It was clear to see it was his pleasure to serve us OU fans on college gameday.

What can I say, you can count on Chick fil a to be consistently good. Food was fresh, service was friendly and helpful. A good experience as we have come to expect from this chain.

Baby shower. It was catered. Ordered 3 weeks ahead of time was supposed to be delivered. Called and told us we had to pick up they were too busy. Had someone go pick it up and it wasn't ready. Read again ordered 3 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME. Just very disappointing for a Chick -fil-a.

They recently remodeled that location and its the same problem. The parking lot us to small for the amount of business they do.
