I am actually currently in the restaurant (o already ate and it was great) but I went to the bathroom and it was so spotless I had to leave a review right this second. The cleaners did an amazing job!

Limited options for people who eat healthy

for the first time ever i ordered delivery from this location. the next day i went in the store to purchase the same items. The food was excellent as usual, but when having it delivered it was $15 more than in the store. Won't be getting delivery anymore. But I will be back there to eat.

Excellent service every time. Really, this location gets 6 stars in a field of 5 stars. They are constantly getting better!

Very disappointed! I placed an order through the app since they were offering free delivery. I ordered at 1:15 and didn’t get the food until 2:17. The original delivery time changed several times. I even had to call to check on it and the guy who helped over the phone was very helpful!! Aside from that my fries were soggy, the chick fil a sauce burst in the bag, my sandwich had no cheese and the lettuce looked old and withered. So disappointed. If this is what free delivery gets me…no thanks! Not worth the trouble.

This place has really gone downhill. They've always had two lanes open for taking orders now they have one lane open and the other is for mobile orders only and they will not take your order unless you do the mobile order thing. Was forcing me to go back around and get behind the line. Done with this place.

Disappointed. Used 1,000 of my rewards points for a free deluxe chicken sandwich. They gave me a plain chicken sandwich instead of deluxe AND they still charged me for it AND still took my points. So points gone, plus I paid for it, plus it was the wrong sandwich.

I asked for a grilled chicken wrap with a large lemonade, and I was given a hand full of lettuce. The black girl that took my order walked away from me without me getting a chance to say what I’d like to drink. No smile at all. The other young man was just walking around swinging his arms. The third young man that took my payment did repeat my order as a grilled wrap. The fries and drink were medium.
Don’t go to this location. It’s still under construction.

They recently remodeled the location in Trussville. The line, wait, and parking are awful. I love Chick fil A, but the remodel was definitely not what I thought it would be. This has really lessened my visits.

We all love the food at chickfila thats why we keep coming back , but charging $3.99 for a side of pimento cheese and receiving this is just crazy to me.
