Staff was okay. First time I've ever ate at a Chick-fil-A where the employees were not just on top of it.. took me by surprise is all. Wasn't bad service tho. Now for the food. Fries were dang near cold. ? I don't know what was going on but there was no way I could even eat half of my sandwich. It tasted horrible and the aftertaste it left in my mouth was even worse. I thought it was just me at first so I had to have someone else try it to make sure. Nope it was the worst meal I've ever had from any Chick-fil-A... Sadly we were traveling between cities and it was just too far to turn back. I definitely won't be going there again..

I’ve been here multiple times (I live in the area) and I’ve debated back and forth with posting this review but it has to be said and will no longer be giving this place my $. Last time i was here I overheard a higher up employee (may have been a manager) telling a young employee to stop leaning on poles. It’s blazing sun and it’s hot. The poles are under the pavilion where there’s fans and shade. Every single time Ive came to this location, there’s young teen workers who clearly look way overworked, full of sweat and tired. Winter time, they’re out there too. Chick-fil-a (at least this location) only has one goal and that’s to make their customers feel like royalty while making their employees feel burnt out. If you want to succeed as a company, treat your employees better and with more respect. They’re the ones running it for you. I will also be forwarding this to corporate because there’s multiple things I’ve overheard from just simply coming through the drive thru. A shame.
Went through the Drive Thru and ordered a Salad with 2 dressings. Got to work and noticed the dressing weren’t placed in the bag so I called. The manager only gave me 2 options: refund or pick them up later. THAT WAS MY LUNCH! Can’t go back and leave work. Not buying from them again! Said they can’t deliver because there wasn’t an actual order being made for delivery. ?
